Empresa del sector Construcción con 5 sedes en Costa Rica, recluta Asistente Administrativo con capacidad de gestionar varias tareas de forma simultánea, asistir a Administración y Gerencia en labores como:



-Gestión y Seguimiento de rutas de la flota empresarial.

-Agendar y dar seguimiento al servicio de instalaciones que ofrece la empresa.

-Dar seguimiento de la ruta a través del GPS.

-Capacidad de presionar y mejorar los tiempos de respuesta de los departamentos a cargo.

-Visitar y evaluar que los procedimientos estipulados por la empresa se cumplan.

-Dar seguimiento al Administrador de Bodegas, verificar que se cumplan las tareas y la funcionalidad correctamente.

-Generar reportes, correos electrónicos, seguimiento de procesos, clientes, proveedores.

-Informes de activos

-Apoyar a gerencia y administración en las labores que se requieran



Requisitos mínimos para el puesto: Técnico en Administración de empresas o carreras a fines, o bien experiencia previa en roles similares. Fundamental ser bachiller de educación media.

Tener habilidades organizativas, servicio al cliente, comunicación y seguimiento.

Conocimiento en Excel y Word.

+ Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Master's degree in finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a specialization in Hospitality Management preferred.
+ At least 8 years of experience in financial leadership positions.
+ Proven experience in luxury hotels, resorts, international hotel chains, or the tourism industry.
+ Strong knowledge of budgeting, budget control, financial planning, and profitability analysis.
