What You'll Do
The Global External Content Management (GECM) team helps BCG’s internal stakeholders through the enablement and procurement of research sources and tools. This includes managing research sources suppliers, providing operational support, risk reduction and act as the central coordination of stakeholders.
As the Sources Analyst you will work alongside Sourcing colleagues to serve as BCG's relationship manager with providers of third-party data and research. You will support and lead the creation of internal business data strategies, planning, and drive business behaviours as it relates to vendors. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Manage, including renewals, a portfolio of vendors across different geographies and to ensure no disruptions to business.
Identify savings opportunities and build relationships with stakeholders and teams.
Support/lead multi-country and multi-function teams through supplier evaluation and selection, internal regular business reviews of their sources and planning.
Negotiate and set new vendor contracts.
What You'll Bring
Undergraduate degree with high academic achievement
2-4+ years of relevant business experience in the professional services industry preferred
Advanced knowledge of the key players in the information management industry and their strategies, pricing models, and technologies
Good understanding of content rights management and copyright law concepts, and how to minimize liability and cost preferred
Exposure in negotiating with vendors at senior level

What You'll Do

What You'll Do
This position supports the local finance function to maintain processes and controls to ensure integrity of financial reporting. As a member of the local accounting team, he/she will participate in the delivery of reliable accounting services to support business needs. He/she will provide timely and reliable financial and administrative support to the NXC office in the following areas:
· Support and follow up on vendor management and onboarding processes that have transitioned to the India team, ensuring smooth coordination and resolution of outstanding issues.
· Review and accurately process NXC Office invoices, ensuring appropriate approvals and coding in compliance with BCG cost coding guidelines.
· Categorize capital expenditures to appropriate fixed asset category in the Oracle Fixed Asset System.
· Respond promptly to email inquiries from local offices, other departments, and vendors, providing accurate accounting guidance where necessary.

What You'll Do
As a Graphic Designer at BCG, you will play a key role in bringing ideas to life through innovative, impactful design. You’ll partner with consulting teams and business stakeholders to transform complex concepts into clear, compelling, and visually engaging stories. You will:
* Collaborate with consultant teams and business partners to develop creative concepts that communicate strategic messages across multiple media and formats.
* Lead the design process from brief through execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and BCG’s high creative standards.
* Design and produce a wide variety of visual assets, including presentations, branding, digital campaigns, infographics, web and social content, prototypes, event collateral, and marketing materials.
* Confidently present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders, explaining design rationale and thought process.
* Ensure all deliverables adhere to BCG brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to elevate visual storytelling.

* Visual Storytelling & Creative Versatility: Translating complex ideas into an engaging, impactful design across print, digital, motion and interactive formats.

What You'll Bring
* Experience: 2–4 years in a design role (agency, corporate, or consulting), with a portfolio showcasing breadth, creativity and impact.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
* Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Familiarity with Figma and Miro; bonus for Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or digital illustration skills.
* Gen-AI Knowledge: Practical experience using Generative AI tools for creative content and visual development.
* Design Foundation: Solid grasp of typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, digital trends, and user-centered design.
* Portfolio: A standout portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to execute across multiple media.
* Languages: Excellent English for effective global collaboration.
