Reconocida Empresa multinacional ubicada en Barrio Don Bosco, Paseo Colón, requiere un Salesforce Administrator (con enfoque en Baseline) con conocimiento en Flows, Process Builder, Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, para que configure, mantenga y optimice la plataforma Salesforce, estableciendo un baseline claro de procesos, datos y métricas para medir y gestionar el desempeño del negocio de manera eficiente. Deberá tener un inglés muy fluido a nivel conversacional y escrito, y preferiblemente del Área de San José.
< r>FUNCIONES A DESEMPEÑAR: br>•Administrar usuarios, permisos y seguridad. < r>•Configurar objetos, campos, flujos, reglas de validación y automatizaciones. •Diseñar y documentar el baseline de datos, procesos y dashboards para la operación.
•Ejecutar limpieza de datos y cargas masivas cuando sea necesario. < r>•Garantizar que la configuración se realice siguiendo buenas prácticas y estándares.
Probar configuraciones en sandbox y desplegar en producción de forma controlada. br>•Colaborar con ventas, marketing y TI para mejorar procesos. < r>
REQUISITOS:

Opportunity Overview
Teradyne is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to support our finance operations in the robotics and semiconductor test equipment industry. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices and employee Travel & Entertainment expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers such as procurement, operations, engineering, accounting and internal audit.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Enter and verify invoices in the Microsoft Dynamics AX and Oracle ERP systems
+ Process employee Travel & Entertainment expense reimbursement reports and payments
+ Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices
+ Coordinate with procurement and receiving groups to resolve discrepancies
+ Prepare and process payments (ACH, wire transfers, checks)
+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues
+ Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes
+ Assist with month-end closing and accruals
+ Support internal and external audits with required documentation
