Primary Duties And Responsibilities

What is The Role:
ElasticSearch Global Digital Marketing team manages all demand gen paid media for various solutions and campaigns globally. This person will work on the Paid Media team with ongoing campaign operations, reporting requirements and other tasks. Digital Marketing and Content Coordinator
to join our team. This role will directly support the Brand & Marketing Manager in coordinating digital content for campaigns Tierramor's retreats, events, residential offerings, and volunteer/internship programs.
This role is remote, part-time (25 hours/week) - and
requires Spanish and English proficiency
(Citizens of Costa Rice preferred).
Role Overview
The Digital
Marketing & Content Coordinator
will bring creative energy, design skills, and organizational focus to Tierramor's marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a Canva wizard who loves building beautiful content and enjoys working across all social media platforms, email newsletter platforms (Mailchimp) and Squarespace. You'll collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Manager to execute digital campaigns for a variety of offerings, build monthly newsletters, prepare basic analytics reports, design sales materials and other branded assets.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Manager to develop multi-platform educational and promotional content
- Design, schedule, and publish engaging digital assets (graphics, carousels, reels, stories) for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
