En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de:

Definir las estrategias de venta, marketing y generación de demanda de la categoría de producto o marca que gestiona, alineando los objetivos del fabricante con los objetivos organizacionales con un enfoque en las necesidades de los clientes para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos de revenue, gross profit y market share, planeando y dando seguimiento a la compra de productos y el inventario, manteniendo un adecuado control de los fondos de marketing y de las marcas.

Principales responsabilidades funcionales / comerciales:

  • Gestionar localmente la relación con el o los fabricantes de la categoría de productos o las marcas asignadas.
  • Generar relación con cuentas y canales locales clave para identificar oportunidades de negocio y crecer la participación de su marca.
  • Mantener activo su universo de clientes.
  • Ejecutar localmente las estrategias regionales internas o de la marca de posicionamiento de marca y generación de demanda para aumentar el market share.
  • Participar en las propuestas regionales para definir el portafolio/mix de productos que contribuya al crecimiento de ventas y rentabilidad, con base en la demanda y las tendencias del mercado local.
  • Conocer el mercado local para negociar promociones y SPA con el fabricante para lograr mantener la competitividad para sus productos en el país.
  • Ejecutar la estrategia de lanzamiento de marca / nuevos productos.
  • Participar en las presentaciones de resultados locales con las marcas / fabricantes trimestralmente (QBRs)
  • Negociar y cumplir las metas de ventas de los vendors y clientes para la marca que maneja.
  • Negociar los fondos de Marketing con las marcas.
  • Aportar en la estrategia local de la definición de precios de su marca.
  • Aportar para el forecast de ventas con el área de Demand Planning.
  • Desarrollar planes de venta en conjunto con las áreas de ventas y marketing para asegurar un inventario sano (aging, DIO)
  • Dar seguimiento a los indicadores locales de ventas, margen, gross profit, inventario y market share, analizarlos y asegurar el cumplimiento de metas internas para los mismos.
  • Realizar localmente la presentación de portafolio de producto y entrenamientos dirigida a canales, clientes y áreas de ventas locales para asegurar el mayor nivel de conocimiento del portafolio que ayude a incentivar las ventas.
  • Participar en eventos de networking para dar a conocer los beneficios del portafolio de productos y generar nuevas oportunidades de venta.
  • Apoyar a ventas en la elaboración de cotizaciones o propuestas comerciales para clientes locales para negocios importantes y/o excepciones de pricing.
  • Asegurar y alinear la variedad de productos para el volumen de clientes.

Principales responsabilidades administrativas / operativas:

  • Mantener actualizadas las certificaciones exigidas por la marca (si aplica)
  • Solicitar actividades de marketing y monitorear budget de los fondos de marketing en Docuware.
  • Comunicar los incentivos de marca para el equipo local de ventas.
  • Dar seguimiento a productos apartados.
  • Mantener actualizadas las certificaciones de importación de productos (NOMS/otras) si aplica.

¿Quién eres?

  • Profesional en Mercadeo, Ingeniería Comercial, carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en gestión comercial y administrativa, en roles relacionados con la gestión de productos, marketing o ventas ideal en el giro de negocio de la Tecnología o Consumo Masivo.
  • Habilidades analíticas para interpretar datos comerciales y del mercado.
  • Manejo de Excel.
