What You'll Do

  • Define and own the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth.
  • Build, refine, and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, business) to identify challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Lead the development of prototypes and pilots to validate new ideas.
  • Integrate AI and data-driven features to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Establish and track product metrics, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
  • Act as a connector across teams, building trust and driving alignment.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of proven experience in product management.
  • Strong background leading product lifecycle and strategy in technology-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and AI-enabled tools.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge or previous experience in the healthcare industry is a strong plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
