What You'll Do
As a Research Associate within BCG Vantage's Global Research Organization (GRO) team, you will form an integral part of our Americas GRO team. Through the delivery of secondary research, you will contribute to BCG’s client work and knowledge base by supporting proposals, client cases and business or internal development initiatives.
 
You will clearly synthesize, package, articulate and deliver your findings in a timely and accurate manner and conduct research on commercial, multi-industry and economic topics. Excellent organizational skills are essential for successfully managing a variety and volume of research requests by accurately summarizing data and facts into appropriate and timely output i.e. email, Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Along with supporting research products (i.e. news alerts, company profiles etc.), you will also contribute to knowledge capture and documentation.
 
As part of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) practice area, you will engage with the evolving landscape of telecommunications and enterprise IT solutions. This may include, but is not limited to, topics such as network infrastructure, 5G, datacenters, cloud and edge computing, B2B telco, managed services, hyperscalers, and IT modernization. What You'll Do
Global IT Quality Assurance Chapter Lead position within BCG's Knowledge and Design portfolio. The role includes development activities in Test Automation, Test Driven Development, Behavior-driven Development, Scrum and other Agile practices. The responsibilities of the individual include enabling efficient processes within the Quality Assurance team of Knowledge and Design portfolio; coding, testing and maintaining software systems, while mentoring and building test capabilities of the Quality Assurance team.

You’ll focus on testing AI solutions that address specific research use cases by synthesizing expert knowledge, performing autonomous research via agentic workflows, and unlocking non-traditional data types for generative AI use. Your mission is to future-proof our generative AI infrastructure, ensuring its scalability, reusability, and robustness across the enterprise. This role is integral to the Knowledge function at BCG, as it directly impacts how our firm leverages AI to harness and amplify our collective expertise. By building AI agent workflows that tap into diverse and complex data types, you will enable the organization to unlock new levels of insight and efficiency. The main responsibilities for this position are to manage/lead testing project(s) independently by leveraging deep understanding of test planning, estimation, management, testing tools and approaches to manage multi-disciplinary projects, manage QA tasks of medium to large scale projects by defining test strategies and providing oversight to the teams on the overall execution. To be successful, this individual must have proven experience in defining test strategies for different engagements involving complex technology and business, and experience of building test assessment strategies for client project requirements. Individual must have experience of managing global projects and stake holders.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

* Works with QA CoE team on defining the QA framework and its components
* Provides the means and the measures for testing all aspects of the product – both functionally and technically, as well as in terms of usability and user experience – to meet all the requirements of the solution
* Leading the QA team, writes end-to-end test plans (functional and non-functional) and communicates them to the development team, third party vendors, and stakeholders (to the detail appropriate to the audience)
* Leads the QA team in the execution of test plans and manages all activities to ensure all the testing overall objectives (reliability, security, flexibility, scale ability and performance) are met
* Setting up all automated testing necessary for regression testing as appropriate
* Identifying and logging potential quality issues and escalating for resolution to the tech dev. resources
* Logging, isolating, and documenting actions to replicate any issues or bugs discovered during testing
* Tracks and monitors logged issues and bugs to ensure timely resolution
* Confronted with technical challenges to ensure quality, must find creative, economical, and elegant solutions


What You'll Bring

* Bachelor’s degree in related area
* 5-7 years of experience in IT Service Delivery
* 10+ years of experience in software development and quality assurance
* Significant experience holding product development specific QA roles.
* Has knowledge and experience with testing generative AI solutions and agents

As a Digital Experience Manager within BCG’s Design Studios, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing world-class digital marketing experiences primarily using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) but also well-versed in Adobe Experience Cloud, Oracle Marketing, HubSpot and others. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of campaign development — from email design and audience segmentation to journey orchestration and post-campaign analytics — ensuring best-in-class design, execution, and innovation across all digital touchpoints.
In this highly collaborative and technically hands-on role, you will:

* Lead the design, development, and execution of data-driven, multi-channel marketing journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
* Manage and build within Content Builder, including dynamic content blocks, reusable assets, and responsive templates aligned with design and compliance best practices.
* Oversee audience segmentation, data extensions, and relational data modeling to optimize personalization and targeting.
* Develop and implement advanced personalization and scripting using AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and optionally SQL/SSJS.
* Integrate and automate data workflows via API connections, managing imports, exports, triggered sends, and validation logic.
* Direct the implementation of interactive and innovative email experiences, including scripted behaviors (e.g., cart abandonment profiling), geolocation, video, and other emerging features.

Who You'll Work With
This role will work closely with the engineers, product owners, and other solution/domain architects within the Digital Collaboration Portfolio mostly focused on M365 environment. Additional info
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

* The base salary range for this role is $140,000.00 - $79,333.33

This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 20% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

What You'll Do
As a Junior Content Specialist – BCG Vantage, you will play a key role in strengthening BCG’s internal knowledge base by supporting the Content Management (CM) team, with a primary focus on the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) Practice Area. 
Your work will center on capturing, curating, and maintaining high-quality content that supports knowledge sharing across BCG. This includes engaging with case teams to extract meaningful insights, ensuring content is properly documented and aligned with internal standards, and contributing to special content-related initiatives in partnership with the Content Manager and senior team members.

* Works with PA leadership (LT) to drive content planning needs and help prioritize key tasks pertaining to content availability, dissemination and analytics.
* Shares best practices across topics teams; able to make direct and specific edits to improve content when appropriate
* Ensuring high quality standards in the PA and keeping key content sources up to date and ready for use
* Plays an active role in recruitment according to business needs
* Provides day-to-day apprenticeship & coaching for junior staff and assists in long term professional development and performance evaluation
* Capacity management within the team based on the business needs




What You'll Bring

* 7+ years of experience demonstrating advanced knowledge and content mgmt.
* Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred, with demonstrated high academic achievement, preferably in Information Management, Business Administration or a related topic to Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT). Other advanced degrees are accepted as well.
* Knowledge and familiarity with relevant topics/ sub-topics such as Semiconductors, IT Services, Network & Infrastructure, Media players, etc.
* Strong understanding of the consulting space and knowledge services and management processes in consulting firms
* Ability to drive business processes with a diverse and global set of senior stakeholders
* Sound business acumen; advanced content management capabilities with well-developed techniques and approaches
* Understanding of GenAI tools, with the ability to apply them to day-to-day work
* Fluency in English; other languages requested in certain locations
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
