**Acerca de la vacante**:
**Funciones del Puesto**:
- Trouble ticket owner responsibilities for tickets in the repair ticket system.
- Provide engineering level support to Spectrotel users for troubles involving VoIP services, routers, firewalls, and SD WAN platforms.
- Coordinate, preform and follow up on maintenance events on Spectrotel platforms
- Provide SME guidance on current and new technologies inside
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair actions on Spectrotel managed routers and firewalls: i.e., CISCO, JUNIPER, FORTINET, MERAKI and/ or various other vendor equipment.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair actions on SD WAN services: i.e., VELOCLOUD, BIGLEAF, and FORTINET GW.
**Requisitos del Puesto**:
- Advanced working knowledge of Unified Threat Management firewall protocols like IPS/IDS, WebSence, and spam/malware protection.- Advanced working knowledge of VoIP protocols: i.e., SIP, SIP TRUNK and MGCP.
- Advanced working knowledge of 4G/5G services: i.e., BEC and CRADLEPOINT Data Networking education and/or industry certification
- CCNA and Fortinet NSE 4 preferred
**Experiência Deseada**:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Operations support environment ie NOC, Engineering teams, etc
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience on Fortinet and Meraki Hardware/Software.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in monitoring software ie SolarWinds
- Advanced working knowledge of the 7 layers of the OSI model
- Advanced working knowledge of Spectrotel managed routers and firewalls: i.e., CISCO, JUNIPER, FORTINET, MERAKI and/ or various other vendor equipment.
- Advanced working knowledge of SD WAN services
