Responsibilities:
- The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for following the lead of the sports betting product marketing Directors - aiding in abiding and developing the marketing strategies and campaigns that support these products.
- Will work closely with the sports betting and casino product teams to lead the development of a yearlong marketing strategy and plan that drives players to our games and bettors to our sports betting initiatives.
- Will aid in the creation of the vision, lay out the objectives, and lead the execution of marketing plans that support our Casino and betting products
- Will lead day-to-day collaboration in our creative agency in developing the positioning and creative campaigns that launch and support the brand
- Will lead collaboration with external partners to understand best practices for user acquisition and retention of customers.
- Will aid and develop a marketing plans that moves customers within the sports and casino betting ecosystem
- Will lead work with internal groups to gain executive alignment and educate the company about our plans and campaigns
- Will work closely with other teams to align messaging and timing of marketing campaigns in the press (both trade and consumer)
- Will support yhe team that focuses on Casino and Betting as their primary focus
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in media/sports marketing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media/sports marketing
- Multiple years experience working in the sports betting industry
- Passion for sports, casino and sports betting in general
- Avid consumer of media
- Interest in the changing landscape of sports media and gambling legislation countrywide
- Experience in social media marketing
- Experience in acquisition marketing
- Has led marketing projects that include but are not limited to:
- Category analysis
- Audience analysis
- Competitive Analysis
- SWOT Analysis
- Launching of brands
- Comfortable analyzing data in collaboration with research and business development teams
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, with a focus on marketing
Preferred Education:
- Master’s in Business Administration, with a focus on marketing

**The Opportunity**
This position is based in **Santa Ana, Costa Rica** for our Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. As the Senior Trade Marketing Manager, you will create and develop strategies along with ANI's Product Managers, Country Managers, and local and affiliate Marketing Team that comply with the established guidelines for consumer communication, with the purpose of being implemented by the region's trade team at the point of sales (POS) or selected channel in a profitable form and in the established time, using the assigned resources to achieve the established objectives.
Lead and manage ANI's promotional and sales activities to achieve the planned objectives for the sales division, market participation and profitability. Give the best possible service to supermarkets, distributors, pharmacies under the charge through a trained and committed team. Fulfill the division sales goals through the development and execution of commercial plans destined to the growth of the key accounts and/or consumer clients in the region.
Lead and develop a Trade Marketing POS Model to maintain centralized control and empower local operations by providing local flexibility, while assuring standardized metric for measuring sales performance and growing sales in targeted regions and outlets.
**What You'll Do**
+ Lead the creation of sales and merchandising capabilities to solidify and expand the company's position within distributors.
+ Ground the Abbott business model to consolidate a unified vision for strategic projects.
+ Lead Customer & Category planning activation by defining the right assortment and elaborating the Picture of Success.
+ Reach the financial objectives of the brands through participation in the consumer channel.
+ Develop alongside Marketing commercial (promotional) actions destined to the brand's growth in the costumer channel.
+ Active participation in the validation, development and creation of the annual plans proposed by Regional Trade and Product Managers (PM).
+ Develop and create specific materials for channels and point of sales (POS), respecting each brand's guidelines, while managing assigned A&P budget for Trade activities on a regional level.
+ Provide trade and execution guidelines for the implementation of new products, while assuring that all strategies directed to the trade channel comply with the affiliate's policies, code of conduct and active laws per country.
+ Develop formats for the correct implementation of regional activities (activity proposal, price metrics, competitive activities, etc.).
**Required Qualifications**
+ University degree in administration or similar. (Graduated).
+ 10 years of experience as Trade Marketing Manager, with problem solving related to market, distributors, pharmacies.

+ Language: Spanis and English. Strong English communication skills, bot advanced and conversational, are essential.
+ Digital skills: Microsoft Office
+ Master's degree is desirable.

**Partners with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals. **Position Summary**:
Lead and implement operational framework (model, mindset, and governance) for the management of E2E workflow and all their parts (Brands, Insights, IMX, creative, execution). Orchestrate all the parts of the process including communication flow between stakeholders, charters overview, coordination of fusion points, download sessions and reporting. Control tower overview visibility of all the initiatives, enlightening key dates, blockers, and risks flag. Manages and design data uploading and usage of the process generating insights and recommendations of efficiency, workload, risks and opportunities. - Ensure connection between development and execution phase by following up what is being adapted by markets, besides wiring adaptation cloud.
- Working with project leads and innovation PMOs in building and maintaining release burndowns, velocity projections and project forecasts for project visibility and to ensure timely decision-making.
- Identify and lead opportunities of automatization and digitalization of processes to gain efficiency and reduce workload for the organization.
- Design data gathering from the process iterations and propose future improvements on what to track, analyze and how these conclusions will help a continuous learning cycle to improve the process efficiency and data-based decision making.
- Bring outside best practices or examples to help evolve our process and way of working.
