**Qué vas a hacer**:
- **El agente call center para LATAM es responsable de acceder al reporte de crédito del llamante y brindarle la información contenida en él, una vez que se validó su identidad y se determinó que no existe ningún impedimento para proceder según las políticas y lineamientos internos.**
- **Atender llamadas de clientes y asesorarlos en el uso de productos contratados con Equifax.**
- **Atender llamadas de clientes Ecommerce y asesorarlos en cómo realizar la compra del reporte de crédito.**
- **Atender correos electrónicos de clientes, chat online, y WhatsApp.**
**Qué experiência necesita**:
- **Mínimo 6 meses Experiência previa en puestos de servicio al cliente**
- **Habilidad para digitar. (Mínimo 30 palabras por minuto)**
- **Mínimo 6 meses Experiência en el manejo de Herramientas Office**
- **Inglés A2 o más**
- **Bachillerato de colegio**
