**Job Responsibilities
- Phase 1 Marketing/ Sales/ Fundraising**
1. Construction
- Contact InteleCOM’s past customers (GCs, ECs, Low Voltage and Management and Ownership groups) to renew relationships with them. We will set up automated marketing to stay in touch with them. We want to make 9-12 touches
2. Competition/ Partners
- Contact other Telecom companies in the area to see if we can keep our techs actively on site by being a sub for their contracts. We want to continue this follow up monthly
3. Contact new leads and prospect into companies to find decision makers to see if there is an ability to partner on future telecom projects. 9-15 touches
4. *NEW* Strategically market to office buildings and residential buildings in different markets. We will use our lead generating division to help with this and build a marketing machine to automate messages and have conversations directly with existing Buildings
5. *NEW* Build Relationships with US carriers (VZW, ATT, TMOB, Ericsson) to become channel partners to install their networks
6. Raising Funds
- We will be actively raising funds for our Telecom and Real Estate divisions. Raising funds has a specific process just like sales and it’s focused on hitting a certain amount of activities daily and weekly. We will be having conversations and meetings with people that would like to make a double digit return on investments that are backed by real estate assets.
7. Achieve (preset weekly goals) of activities and keep following up 9-12 times with everyone and we will be highly successful. I have sold 300K worth of telecom projects and 400K of real estate properties in this first year only working sales part time so every year that number is possible to beat.
**Commission Structure**:
Telecom goal for year 1: 1M in sales (about 10 projects= almost 1 project a month sold)
1% Commission on leads brought in but sale is made by another rep:
3% commission up to 500,000 Sold/ Yr= $15,000
5% commission from 500K-1M Sold/ Yr= $5,000
Over 1M Sold/ Yr= 7% uncapped
Fundraising goal for year 1: 1M in funds raised (about 10 REI projects funded= almost 1 project a month funded). We currently get 1-2 projects under contract monthly that need to be funded.
1% Commission on all funding leads brought in but sale is made by another rep:
3% commission up to 500,000 Sold/ Yr= 15,000
5% commission from 500K-1M Sold/ Yr= 25,000
Over 1M Sold/ Yr= 7% uncapped
**Salary**: ₡51,609.00 - ₡59,123.00 per year

This is a remote position.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Apple Ads to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads and sales. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy and creative, and manage bids to achieve campaign objectives. Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and brand messaging. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising to maintain a competitive edge. Work Conditions: Remote/ Permanent work from home Pacific Time Zone Weekly Payout Requirements Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A strong understanding of PPC advertising best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Google Ads and Facebook Ads certification preferred. Good English and Spanish communication skills (Bilingual). Technical Requirements:Minimum Technical Requirements
