Es responsable de la ejecución de proyectos garantizando que se cumplan las expectativas del cliente en tiempo y forma. Coordina personal, proveedores, rutas, presupuestos, reportes, y otras necesidades para llevar el concepto hasta el consumidor final.
Principales responsabilidades
- Coordina reuniones de trabajo con el Gerente Comercial con el fin de conocer en detalle las expectativas de cada proyecto a ejecutar.
- Capta los proveedores de los insumos necesarios para llevar a cabo las actividades y proyectos del cliente, y negocia los precios y condiciones de pago más razonables del mercado.
- Prepara presupuestos con base a información de precios del mercado y personal requerido para llevar a cabo las actividades.
- Apoya al Departamento de Creatividad en la conceptualización y desarrollo de diseños de campañas, actividades, promociones y eventos, velando porque la línea gráfica, artes, diseños de las actividades del cliente cumplen con sus requerimientos.
- Controla el inventario de equipos, materiales, premios y utilerías del proyecto.
- Analiza y diseña las rutas de atención y entrega más costo-eficientes y adecuadas en tiempo y calidad.
- Prepara y vela por el cumplimiento del cronograma de implementación de actividades.
- Supervisa el montaje, logística, levantamiento de información en campo y personal asignado a las actividades y proyectos asegurando que la ejecución corresponda con la planificación previa.
- Elabora reportes de las promociones y actividades ejecutados con información relevante de resultados destacando buenas prácticas y oportunidades de mejora.
- Da seguimiento a la facturación y autorización de gastos de los proyectos realizados.

**Responsibilities**
**Project Management**
- Lead full project lifecycle from intake through deployment, as well as communication, change management and mobilization
