Do you love perfecting the visual design of electronic and printed assets? Do you have an opinion on the appropriate amount of white space? Do you know what kerning means? Are you known for your incredible organization, labeling, and execution skills?
Then we need you on our team at XLT, HRs learning Org, on the Learning Design Services team.
We are hiring a Creative Graphic Designer. We need you to bring your talent, skills, and passion around asset creation and organization, to support the development of macro, micro, and social learning that generates lasting behavioral change and increases employability for Intel employees.
The Creative / Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation of digital and printed learning assets.
**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:
- Use your skills in asset creation including website graphics, slide decks, printed products, digital workbooks, and conference branding to make interesting and informative learning courseware that supports our Instructional Designers and product portfolios.
- A bonus if you also can produce podcasts, video production, animation, and more.
- You'll be part of a team and work in tandem with a variety of other differently skilled learning professionals to design learning products and experiences with audiences of employees, managers, and leaders.
- You'll need to stay current on Intel brand guidelines and employer brand, external trends in graphic design techniques, and visual design standards.
- Organized and can communicate your schedule and project status of milestones and deliverables.
- You'll participate in projects with PMs on our team and need to be responsive to customer/Partner/stakeholder input, prioritizing appropriately and adapting quickly, using good judgment and asking for help.
- You will need a high degree of creativity and independence, will use communication skills and be Agile and flexible bridging time zone and culture differences.
- Work creatively within brand guidelines.
- Collaborator, you bring the vision and ideas to the table
- Recommend best media used and creativity strategies
- Eye for detail
- Love and passion of the arts, creative mindset - love of poetry, crafts, movies, music, etc.
**Qualifications**
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Must be pursuing or has completed a Technical or Bachelor degree in Graphic/Media design, Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating your graphic design proficiency
- 3+ years' experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro
- 1+ years' experience developing content optimized for mobile first
- 3+ years' experience in typography, color theory, composition/layout, and visual hierarchy
- 3+ years' experience with Microsoft office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word
- Advanced English
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 3+ years project management experience
- 3+ years' experience in professional writing, editing skills, and partnering with content experts to create and convert information into training content
- 3+ years' experience in representing and simplifying data visually
- 3+ years' experience with industry recognized design tools, ex: After Effects, Premiere, to create the motion graphics animation and video production assets to promote learning
- 3+ years' experience in game theory/game design, user-interface design

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain & Procurement Leader with over 15 years of experience in multinational environments, including the medical technology sector. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in end-to-end supply chain management, S&OP, procurement, and cross-border leadership. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively lead regional teams and drive operational excellence across Latin America and the Caribbean.
+ Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
+ Oversee the S&OP process to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and market demand.
+ Direct procurement activities to ensure cost-effective sourcing, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
+ Manage and mentor high-performing regional teams across multiple countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
+ Drive change management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and implement value-added processes.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, finance, and regulatory affairs.
+ Provide strategic input for international projects and decision-making processes.
+ Analyze market trends and regional dynamics to inform supply chain strategies and business planning.
+ Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory requirements, including those specific to the medical device industry.
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
+ 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, and operations within multinational companies.
+ Strong background in the medical technology or healthcare sector.
+ Demonstrated success in leading regional teams and managing complex international projects.
+ Expertise in S&OP, procurement strategy, and supply chain optimization.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
+ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with ERP systems (e. . , SAP, Oracle).
+ Certification in supply chain or procurement (e. . , APICS, CSCP, CPSM).
+ Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
