El o la analista apoyará en el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de
posicionamiento de marca empleadora
y
comunicación externa e interna
para fortalecer la presencia de Johnson Controls en el mercado laboral costarricense y regional. Este rol se enfoca en crear contenido atractivo, gestionar canales digitales y colaborar en campañas que proyecten la cultura, innovación y oportunidades de carrera que ofrece la compañía.
Esta posición cuenta con un contrato definido de un año, inicialmente.
Responsabilidades
Estrategia de Marca Empleadora
- Apoyar en la planificación y ejecución de campañas de marca empleadora dirigidas a talento externo (estudiantes, profesionales, universidades, etc.).
- Investigar tendencias de mercado y benchmarking de marca empleadora en la industria tecnológica e ingeniería.
Gestión de Canales Digitales
- Crear y programar contenido para redes sociales corporativas (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) enfocado en atracción de talento.
- Colaborar en la gestión de presencia digital en plataformas como Glassdoor, Indeed y portales universitarios.
Diseño y Producción de Contenido
- Diseñar materiales visuales como publicaciones, videos, infografías y presentaciones para campañas externas.
- Apoyar en la producción de contenido audiovisual que muestre la cultura, proyectos y testimonios de colaboradores.
Eventos y Alianzas Estratégicas
- Apoyar en la organización de eventos de marca empleadora como ferias de empleo, charlas universitarias y webinars.
- Colaborar con universidades y asociaciones estudiantiles para posicionar a Johnson Controls como empleador de elección.
Requisitos
Educación:
- Egresado de las carreras de Comunicación, Mercadeo, Publicidad, Diseño o afines.
Experiencia
- Experiencia previa en funciones de branding o posicionamiento de marca.
Habilidades Deseadas
- Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal en español e inglés.
- Creatividad y habilidades de storytelling.
- Conocimiento en diseño gráfico (Canva, Adobe Suite es un plus).
- Familiaridad con redes sociales y herramientas de gestión de contenido.
- Interés en marca empleadora, comunicación estratégica y atracción de talento.
- Proactividad, organización y atención al detalle.

**About the Role**
As a **Brand Development Manager** you will drive the strategy and execution of marketing plans and programs to achieve business objectives for your assigned brands. As well as the implementation of marketing plans, launches, re-launches, line extensions, brand activations and promotional activities. You also will be responsible for the local sub-category P&L's. Monitors & explains variations in Market Share and Key Financial Ratios. You'll be a core contributor to the CBP process, demand planning, and commercial meetings. Additionally, you will support the preparation of crucial business reviews, including the Budget and Mid-Year reviews for both Corporate and Division leadership.
**What you will do:**
+ Implements Go to Market plans and 5Ps strategies to achieve goals.
+ Responsible for the Local sub-category of P&L Statement.
+ Leads Commercial Meetings and supports the preparation of Budget Review, Mid-Year Review and business reviews for Corporate and Division.
+ Implements Pricing strategies and monitors market implementation to take corrective actions. Recommends Price Increases.
+ Develops/Delivers presentations of launches, promotions/initiatives and business status to the Commercial team. Monitors launch activities execution and performance.
+ Analyze KPI's to identify local issues and business opportunities. Brings action plan proposals for discussion, alignment and approval in Commercial Business Planning (CBP) or Commercial meetings.
+ Manages consumer promotion expenditure and supports the Regional Category Marketing team and Brand Accounting with analysis and monitoring.
+ Monitors competitive activities and communicates them to the Regional and Commercial teams to define forward actions.
+ Ensures the execution of local margin improvement and business simplification initiatives, including SKU monitoring and depletions.
+ Develops local promotional grid together with Retail Marketing and SDMs.
+ Performs other duties as assigned
+ Complies with all policies and standards
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering
+ At least 3 years of experience in Consumer Marketing in a consumer goods company
+ Advanced level of English
+ MS Office or Google Suite proficiency
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree

Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Work with Marketing, Communications, and Business Support Sr. Manager, marketing communications team and site leaders on the digital employee experience of various events, campaigns, and ad hoc requests, including events invitations, coverage, follow-up communications, media production, etc.
- Support the marketing communications campaign development process and timeline by coordinating with the Marketing Communications Council, Internal Communications team and other stakeholders as needed.
- Leverage Digital Marketing Communications/Media skills to generate local campaigns, events and other activities.
- Develop strategies to maximize campaigns impact and communication tactics.
- Own and proactively manage content for internal and external campaigns/newsletters with cross-functional teams.
- Be able to do design work and coordinate designers or copywriters, to develop collateral material to be used by Costa Rica GBS communications and marketing teams.
- Spark discussion and monitor conversations across social media, address important mentions in real-time through engagement and understanding of ongoing milestones and activities.
- Create and develop multimedia (audio/video/photography) content for local stakeholders' stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, events videos, recruiting videos, training and other enterprise-wide projects, including script creation, storyboarding, budgeting, timelines, and allocation of resources, and selecting optimal forms of media for projects.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- B.A. or B.S. or similar (Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or Communications or similar) or equivalent work experience
- 2 - 3 years of experience in graphical design, photography and video edition (Adobe Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere…)
- 2+ years of experience with Social Media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and Blogs
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills (Spanish and English)
- Comfortable collaborating with others in-person or virtually in a face paced environment.
- Experience with marketing campaigns
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Familiarity with professional cameras, production, filming and editing
- Experience writing, editing, producing, and tracking digital content
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Marketing and Communications Graduate Student Intern (unclassified) (part-time)- Energy Department | San José Clean Energy (SJCE) | San Jose Metropolitan Area
The Energy Department is looking to fill one (1) Part-Time Marketing and Communications Graduate Student Intern (Unclassified) position.
The Marketing And Communications Intern's Primary Responsibility Will Be To Assist SJCE With Day-to-day Communications And Improving Customer Experiences. Projects Could Include
- Help maintain and expand SJCE's program webpages (electric vehicles, solar and storage, electric homes, etc.)
- Assist with developing online tools to help customers navigate the electric vehicles, home electrification, and rooftop solar and increase adoption.
- Create social media and blog content that highlights SJCE programs.
- Research, coordinate, and attend community events to increase awareness of SJCE programs and services, particularly in diverse communities. Pitch community events for the marketing team to attend, prepare collateral and materials for events, and conduct outreach at events. The intern may be asked to develop an interactive game or activity for SJCE's event booth.
- Organize SJCE's marketing collateral and develop a library of materials that is visible and accessible for department staff and the public.
- Assist with noticing for SJCE programs and improve and streamline processes. This includes drafting letters and emails, developing and refining key messaging, and reviewing data to measure the effectiveness of communications.
- Become a cheerleader for SJCE and CCAs Connect with colleagues in the field and develop an understanding of industry trends and initiatives.
Additionally, this intern will help support SJCE's ongoing work, including attending meetings, developing marketing collateral, and collecting and analyzing data to improve customer experiences.
