En AR Holdings estamos en búsqueda de un/a Financial Analyst encargado/a de analizar y proyectar información financiera clave para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas. La persona seleccionada participará en la elaboración de reportes, modelos y proyecciones financieras, dará seguimiento a los resultados del negocio y contribuirá a la mejora continua de procesos y herramientas analíticas, asegurando la calidad y consistencia de los datos utilizados.

Funciones:

• Análisis financiero de ingresos, gastos, márgenes y rentabilidad por unidad de negocio, país o marca, identificando tendencias, desviaciones relevantes y oportunidades de mejora.
• Coordinación y seguimiento de reuniones para la revisión y análisis de estados de resultados, asegurando la interpretación adecuada de los indicadores financieros y el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
• Elaborar modelos financieros, presupuestos y proyecciones, incluyendo escenarios y sensibilidad, Análisis financiero de ingresos, gastos, márgenes y rentabilidad por unidad de negocio, país o marca, identificando tendencias, desviaciones relevantes y oportunidades de mejora.
• Coordinación y seguimiento de reuniones para la revisión y análisis de estados de resultados, asegurando la interpretación adecuada de los indicadores financieros y el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
• Elaborar modelos financieros, presupuestos y proyecciones, incluyendo escenarios y sensibilidad, como insumo clave para la planificación estratégica y presupuestaria.
• Diseñar, mantener y mejorar Dashboards financieros e indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) que permitan el monitoreo continuo del negocio y la toma de decisiones oportuna.
• Preparar reportes financieros periódicos.
• Asegurar la calidad y consistencia de los datos financieros utilizados para reportes y análisis, incluyendo la validación cruzada entre distintas fuentes de información.
• Brindar soporte analítico a proyectos transversales en el área financiera, así como, participar activamente en iniciativas de mejora de procesos financieros, proponiendo automatizaciones, integraciones o soluciones más eficientes en la gestión de datos y elaboración de reportes.

Requisitos:

• Estudiante avanzado en Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas o carreras afines.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en análisis financiero, presupuestos o elaboración de modelos y proyecciones.
• Al menos 6 meses de experiencia en el análisis de ingresos, gastos, márgenes y rentabilidad, así como en la preparación de reportes financieros y gestión de bases de datos.
• Al menos 6 meses de experiencia en la creación y mantenimiento de dashboards e indicadores financieros (KPIs) para apoyar la gestión y la toma de decisiones.
• Dominio avanzado de Excel.
• Conocimiento intermedio de Power BI.

Deseables:

• Bachillerato en Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas o carreras afines.

Role Mandate

• We are seeking a Sr Financial Analyst to provide critical financial, strategic, and operational support for Client's Document Cloud FP&A team supporting B2B customer segments.
• In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, and sales teams to develop and implement long-term strategies for the business.
• You will drive analytics, generate insights, and provide data-backed recommendations to influence decision making to accelerate business growth across a diverse set of routes-to-market.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strategies that drive long-term business growth and translate them into short-term execution plans. Own long-range financial planning and modelling to drive decision making on emerging offerings, new growth initiatives, pricing, and financial targets.

Opportunity Overview
We have a great job opportunity for an Analyst in the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (CFP&A) group. This position will support Senior Management through the consolidation and interpretation of Total Company reporting.
This is based out of our Alajuela, Costa Rica office with a hybrid job model.
A successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to work well in a remote team environment, be accountable, have attention to detail, and have problem solving skills. The Teradyne CFP&A team is looking for a highly motivated, energetic Financial Analyst to focus on enterprise-wide FP&A fundamentals and processes. This person will report directly to the Corporate FP&A Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage various input and load templates, formats and output template forms to ensure correct and accurate information is pulled from FP&A planning tool in support of various function reporting requirements
• Own the template creation, distribution and consolidation process within the FP&A planning tool in support of weekly finance updates, G&A spending, forecast updates and Mid Term plans
• Provide support for Board of Directors through the preparation and distribution of the various output tables for each division ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of required files
• Support weekly spending analytics for the central G&A functions through the aggregation, evaluation and preparation of weekly spend and analytical reports from the ERP, Datawarehouse and FP&A planning tool
