** Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform preliminary credit analysis to support ratings, research, analytical outreach and presentations, following mentorship provided by D&A Manager. Examples include:

- Analyze financial data and statements provided by other teams within Moody's to perform the preliminary analysis.
- Support credit monitoring/surveillance of issuers by e.g., preparing data for surveillance, periodically updating preliminary components of analysis, and increasing deeper credit reviews when vital.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand and identify key analytical factors in support of RRS credit analysis, under full supervision and mentorship from the D&A Manager.
- Perform certain routine administrative and other ad hoc credit-related tasks as advised by D&A Manager.

**About the role**:
Perform financial and costs analysis tasks which contribute to decision making. Monitor the company’s budget and perform necessary financial analysis, which allow appropriate financial management.

**Your Responsibilities include**:
Physical control of fixed assets
- Lead the implementation of improvements for the exact and efficient control of the company's assets.
- Perform field supervision work to verify the existence of fixed assets on a rotating basis.
- Provide support in the supervision of the control activities of the company's Fixed Assets.
- Coordinate all control actions regarding the derecognition of fixed assets with the areas that request it in, as well as control of asset movements, donations, etc.
- Ensure compliance with the Procedures and Policies for the Management of Fixed Assets, movable and immovable property.
- Plan and coordinate with the related departments, the physical taking of General Inventories.
- Ensure the updating of documentary control of all Fixed Assets.
- Annual analysis of the asset impairment process
- Prepare reports related to its management.

CIP-Capex analysis:

- Coordination and consolidation of CAPEX planning and calculation and analysis of depreciation expense.
- Follow-up of the execution of Capital projects, by following the financial indications and in communication with the departments of the site, in order to control the money destined for investment projects, avoiding unnecessary expenses or excesses.
- Register the capitalization of the projects within the term established for the completion of the projects, observing the site and corporate guidelines.
- Analyze and control all fixed asset accounting accounts, identifying additions, withdrawals and any other movement.
- Financially analyze Capital projects, using financial studies of investment projects, such as NPV, Return value, etc., in order to achieve approval of said projects and have positive results in the medium or long term, or avoid the purchase of assets that does not imply profit for the company.
- Report the movements of property, plant and equipment, through the strict control and registration of all acquisitions, withdrawals, changes in appropriation dates, etc.,
- Agin CIP metrics, Capex.
- Annual Budget & Quarterly Forecast: Contribute to the development of annual budgets related with Capex, their control and variation analysis. Contribute to the preparation of quarterly forecasts which are then sent to the Headquarters.
- Others: Promote a satisfactory level of customer service both for internal and external clients of the Company.

- Execution of Sox controls related to Fixed Assets and other accounting accounts.
- Running Statutory Reports
