As a
Financial Strategy & Analytics Specialist II
, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial decisions. You will be responsible for leading internal and customer reporting initiatives and providing strategic insights that drive business performance. Your expertise will be key in evaluating the collections portfolio to identify emerging risks and pinpoint new opportunities. This role requires a high degree of analytical skill and creativity to transform complex data into compelling, meaningful reports. An expert level of proficiency in
Excel
is essential for success in this position.
What You Will Do
- Conduct moderate to complex financial analyses related to the order to cash process including reports for customers, internal management, metrics, portfolio risk, and statistical reports.
- Work closely with order to cash process leadership to understand needs and quantify opportunities for improving collections outcomes.
- Assist end users with reporting solutions and provide training as needed, participate in financial research and process improvement projects, analyze operational results and provide insights.
- Use a variety of analytical and reporting tools to identify risks, opportunities, and priorities for the collections team.
- Work with the business intelligence team to ensure data integrity and completeness, assist with requirement documents, prioritization, testing, and production releases.
What Skills And Experience You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or two years of relevant university coursework.
- English fluency required (B2/C1 level or higher) with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in data wrangling and analysis using languages such as SQL or Python.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets .

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership
: Oversee and manage the daily operations of a diverse online business, including e-learning courses, podcasts, mentorship programs, and a dedicated community. - Strategic Planning
: Convert high-level business goals into practical, actionable plans. This includes leading organization-wide goal-setting, managing performance, and developing annual operating plans. - Financial & Resource Management
: Directly manage capital investments, budgets, and expenses to ensure the achievement of growth and profitability targets. - Technology & Reporting
: Own and direct key technology and CRM projects, i
ncluding the strategic implementation and integration of AI-driven tools to enhance data analysis and forecasting. D
ata-driven reporting to executive leadership. - Performance Analysis
: Monitor and evaluate organizational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other tracking tools, identifying risks and implementing corrective measures proactively. - Executive Communication
: Prepare and present detailed operational reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership, facilitating informed decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of
5 years of executive leadership experience
. - At least
3 years of experience working with website-driven, online businesses or consulting services.
Communication:
- English proficiency (C1+)
with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and respond to stakeholders effectively.
