Importante Cliente de People Working, dedicado al comercio de Electrodomésticos, busca estudiante para desempeñar funciones como **Pasante de Comunicación.**
El objetivo de la posición es crear un flujo de comunicación constante entre las gerencias y mandos medios para dar continuidad al proyecto comunicación integral aumentando la frecuencia de publicaciones de eventos del negocio
**Requisitos**:
- Estudiante avanzado o con carrera recién finalizada en comunicación,
periodismo, relaciones públicas o afin
- Disponibilidad para laborar en el Coyol de Alajuela. (2 días presenciales y 3 remotos).
- Disponibilidad de horario de lunes a jueves de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm y viernes de 8:00am a 3:00 pm.
- Dominio de office, Outlook, Herramientas de adobe (AI, after efects, etc) y canva.
**Funciones**:
- Coordinación de reuniones con gerencias y mandos medios para conocer información publicable de las áreas.
- Redacción y diseño de materiales de comunicación internos, externos, online y offline.
- Actualización de pantallas y medios online y offline mensualmente.
- Coordinación celebraciones y actividades según calendario anual.
- Agendar inducciones a la compañía y actualizar meetings según disponibilidad de instructor.
- Creación de proveedores, solicitud de cotizaciones - OC, seguimiento de procesos, entre otros.

**Public Relations and Fundraising Manager**
**Job Summary**:
The Public Relations and Fundraising Manager will design and plan initiatives to create and maintain a positive public image for the organization.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
■ Hires and trains public relations staff including marketing staff, interns and volunteers.
■ Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of public relations staff.
■ Works with Operations Director for discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
■ Identifies the audience, including new and potential clients and members; develops a communication strategy and voice appropriate for reaching that audience.
■ Through public-facing communication, develops and maintains a positive public image for the organization.
■ Collaborates with management to develop the organization's vision statement, mission statement, public policies, and related messaging.
■ Collaborates with marketing and advertising staff to ensure marketing campaigns are consistent with the organization's public image.
■ Develops and implements a long-term plan to communicate the company's mission statement internally and externally.
■ Drafts and implements crisis management strategies to mitigate negative media exposure and other similar risks.
■ Composes, reviews, and/or distributes press releases and other public-facing communication.
■ Promotes community events involving the company.
■ Coordinate and attend face-to-face, or in-person, meetings with potential tourism companies (travel agencies, hotels, etc) or other target organizations to facilitate more effective communication, help build strong relationships and increase engagement.
■ Oversees and organizes fundraising activities.
■ Drafts and distributes materials to promote fundraising efforts.
■ Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines related to fundraising.
■ Performs other duties as assigned.
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
■ Extensive knowledge of public relation principles and strategies.
■ Extensive knowledge of fundraising best practices and strategies.
■ Excellent public speaking skills.
■ Excellent written communication skills with a proven ability to write in a journalistic style that is customary for external publications.
■ Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and outlets.
■ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
■ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

■ Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and running professionally executed advertising campaigns.
■ Fluent in Spanish and Proficient in English
**Education and Experience**:
■ Three to five years of experience in public relations, communications, or related field required with supervisory experience preferred.
■ Must own a vehicle (will be compensated for mileage.)
