**Job Description**:
**General Job Responsibilities**
- Manage SAP Marketing Cloud user information, identifying and mapping relevant user attributes such as contact information, purchase history, and behavioral data
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing efforts
- Manage and administer SAP Marketing cloud system, including troubleshooting technical issues and training team members on best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or Computer Science fields
- Skills/technical degree in marketing/digital is a plus
- Analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies
- 1-3 years experience in managing marketing CRM systems and administration (SAP/Hybris)
- Understanding of user segmentation strategy to influence user behavior and lifetime value
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to inform and align with business stakeholders

**RESPONSIBILIDADES**:

- Administrar a nível regional la herramienta Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) en el entorno de Customer Engagement, velando por la estabilidad de la aplicacio?n y su buen funcionamiento.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboracio?n con los stakeholders.

**CALIFICACIONES**:

- Mi?nimo Bachillerato Universitario en Ingenieri?a en Computacio?n e informa?tica/Industrial o carrera a fin/Administrador de empresas/Ventas/Marketing.
- Mi?nimo 4 an?os de experiência en consultori?a y/o administracio?n funcional de CRM (Preferiblemente Dynamics 365 Sales Customer Engagement).
- Experiência en implementaciones y administracio?n de CRM.
- Experiência trabajando con metodologi?a Agile.
- Certificaciones de Microsoft en plataformas y productos relacionados (Plus).
- Manejo de los paquetes (Power BI, CPQ, Project) (Plus).

- Set up our customers' GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, ManyChat, WebinarJam, Slack and Twilio automations.

**As TR accountant:**
+ Execute the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process

+ Perform daily bank postings, interface controls, manual corrections, and reconcile bank and suspense balance sheet accounts, including clearings and treasury transactions.

+ Post general ledger (GL) journals and support other reporting activities.
+ Manage incoming calls and emails promptly, follow up on open items and missing entries, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

**Who you are:**
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related area.
+ 3+ years in Finance and accounting experience
+ A solid understanding of accounting processes.
+ Knowledge of applications in a computerized environment, including spreadsheets applications, and databases (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, G-Suite, etc.)
+ Knowledge of Finance Shared Services and operational accounting processes and related technology systems (e.g. SAP, BlackLine, SNOW etc.) is desired.
+ Strong ability to prioritize and organize work effectively, adhere to tight and established deadlines
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
+ Ability to perform work with limited direction and guidance.

Senior Project Manager - Enterprise CRM Software Solutions (MSFT D365, Salesforce) - Remote

**What You'll be Doing**

The Sr. Project Manager (Enterprise) is a highly skilled resource with demonstrated experience managing large multi-million dollar projects with multiple workstreams and several dedicated delivery teams with resources up to 20 people. This person must be able to effectively communicate at high executive levels within large enterprise organizations. The Sr. Project Manager is the customer point of contact for coordination of enterprise Microsoft system implementations, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365, O365, Data/AI, Sharepoint, etc. Sr. PMs at Avtex are often assigned projects that are most critical to the future success of Avtex (either in complexity, potential business, market segment, etc. ). The Sr. PM is responsible for executive stakeholder management, enterprise project planning, project management, resource management and change management. In this role, success is being able to manage enterprise projects with differing technical solutions while providing exceptional customer experience to our clients.

**What You Bring to the Role**
- Manage enterprise Microsoft implementation projects consisting of 15+ members and project budgets from $2M to $6M+
- Whiteboard and discuss the PMO Implementation Methodology at a high level, diligently follow the process when performing project management tasks, and provide clear and constructive feedback for continuous improvement in the Implementation Methodology to the PMO
- Work closely with the Microsoft "fast track" team on strategy and collaboration items
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with customers and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client for all project-related activities
- Create and manage a formal project plan, including SOW, timeline, risk management, communication plan, change management, training plan and resource plan
- Manage the execution of all components of approved project plan, including risk assessments, project deliverables and timeline, vendor coordination, test plans, budget control and project cost, progress on scope, documentation, etc.
- When appropriate, collaborate with clients to develop design specifications, business needs, and other factors that impact operational requirements and the end customer experience
- Maintain internal system updates, including project status, SharePoint documentation, resource plans, financial updates for billing, time submittals, and expense reports
- Active participation in bi-monthly PMO team meetings and solution specific review sessions
- Maintain a target employee utilization goal

**What Skills You'll Need**
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience deploying enterprise IT projects in a customer facing environment
- Prior experience managing project deployments of Microsoft solutions required
- PMP (or active plan to achieve PMP certification) preferred
- Experience in healthcare vertical (payer or provider environments) preferred
- SCRUM Master certification preferred
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology
- Self-directed, consistent and reliable with effective time management skills
- Excellent organizational, planning, written & verbal communication skills
- Travel up to 50% nationally required
