, you'll lead the CRM strategy and execution for Europe Express, designing scalable systems and processes that power personalized, data-driven marketing. What you'll do:

Strategy & Ownership

  • Serve as the owner of CRM strategy and HubSpot execution, ensuring CRM is a growth engine for the business.
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to build coordinated, customer-centric journeys that drive advisor dedication and repeat business.
  • Own the evolution of loyalty and referral programs, working cross-functionally to strengthen advisor engagement.

Execution

  • Build, test, and optimize multi-channel customer journeys, ensuring accurate setup, rules validation, and personalization at scale.
  • Manage broadcast campaigns across markets, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Stay at the forefront of HubSpot capabilities, identifying and implementing new features that improve efficiency and personalization.

Insights & Optimization

  • Develop robust reporting, dashboards, and return on investment tracking to give team members clear insight into CRM performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through customer behavior analysis, test-and-learn initiatives, and actionable recommendations.
  • Champion data quality, compliance, and governance to maintain a trusted CRM environment.

What you'll bring:

  • 6–8+ years of CRM marketing experience, ideally in global B2B or travel-related industries.
  • Proven expertise in building and optimizing customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and loyalty/retention programs.

To excel in this role, you should have the following

  • Experience with HubSpot or transferable expertise from other technology platforms or system architecture roles.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering).
  • Experience in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist role working with clients throughout the whole process (consulting, solution building, implementation and training).
  • Extensive ability to read and understand and compile technical documentation (API documentation, ERD, functional specifications etc).
  • Sound knowledge of big data.
  • Experience with integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or custom-built.
  • Excellent command of English, with exceptional writing and communication skills.

Position Overview
