The Salesforce Data management Analyst will be responsible for supporting data and process synchronization across multiple platforms and teams to support ongoing data projects and data migration efforts.
What you'll do
- Mentor a small group of MDM analysts and champion data stewardship principles.
- Analyze and understand key business processes as it pertains to data.
- Monitoring database performance.

- Proactively gather and prioritize user data and Data enhancement requests and coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly enhancements.
- Facilitation of managing data loads and data enhancement tickets with our IT partners via JIRA and existing load process and templates
- Perform data testing for configuration of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow and validation rules in Salesforce with input from business leaders.
- Participate in development requirements gathering and grooming sessions to represent data impacts including but not limited to data governance, historical data, future data, etc
- Refining process and establishing new best practices for this work ongoing / documenting any changes to be shared with others within the business unit
- Direct activities, assign responsibilities, set expectations and motivate team members toward achieving program objectives
What experience you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or equivalent experience in Equifax Internal processes/applications.
- 4+ years of experience in master data management and/or data analytics for B2B subject areas.
- 4+ years of experience managing large datasets and running SQL, SOQL, Python, Big Query and or other code language tools.
- 2+ years of experience in Contract to Order system applications.
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft or Gsuite pages. (Excel/Sheets)
English skills both oral and written (B2)

Tasks And Responsibilities
- Be responsible for a consistent and accurate database within the organizational management (OM) and data management process.
- Manages the entry and workflow of personnel actions (PA) and organizational management (OM) transactions in HR GHP/SAP for client groups and business areas, such as hire, rehire, promotion, demotion, separations, deceased, assignment / country transfer, cost center changes, position changes, organization unit updates and structure, etc., ensuring alignment with HR process, (leaves, payroll timelines, etc.) programs (benefits, compensation, etc.), data governance, legal guidelines and policies.
- Supports and executes large- and small-scale organizational changes (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and divestment).
- Interacts with US HR Operations and HRBP's to collect and manage data to support HR initiatives and programs (i.e. compensation, benefits, etc.).
- Provides detailed simulation testing of GHP/SAP data for system upgrades, new or existing program changes. Assists with test scenarios to identify any errors, issues, or failures to mitigate any future risk.
- Proactively attends training sessions and shares learnings with team through development of process flows and working instructions and information sharing sessions.
- Independently and proactively identify, investigate, develop the plan, and lead the initiation and final solution for process efficiencies.
- Manage the tickets / employee inquiries that come through the ticketing tool.
- Interacts with U.S. HR organization to execute employee lifecycle data changes within the GHP system.
- Collaborates across US HR Ops to ensure data quality to support HR Processes.
- Responsible for ICS/data audit checks to maintain compliance and Quality.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (desirable).
- At least 1 year of proven experience with HR Data Management administrative processes, ideally in an international environment along with a good knowledge of HR interfaces.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR Organizational Management and Personnel Data Administration SAP with demonstrated data management experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and SAP HR.
- Strong proficiency in SAP HR standard reports and transactions, specifically OM and PA.
- Ability to effectively manage data extraction, analysis of data and creation of data change updates and loads.
- Ability to manage and lead multiple assignments and projects while simultaneously providing exceptional customer support and service.
- High service delivery-attitude and passion for working in an international team.

- Familiarity with sophisticated data analytics tools such as SQL, AI, Python, and R.
- High proficiency in English (verbal and written).

The Data Quality Intermediate Analyst is responsible for delivering subject matter and industry expertise across the enterprise in coordination with the Data Quality team. This role deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family.
Responsibilities:
- Review Full Suite - GENESIS Contract Match Exception (aka stubs) on Daily & Monthly and investigate root cause of exceptions impacting RWA and regulatory reports.
- Propose appropriate strategic solution for contract match exceptions (aka stubs) and liaise with relevant groups to eliminate GENESIS data quality exceptions in the medium to long-term period.
- Follow through the delivery of strategic solution through proactive involvement and regular coordination with strategic solution owners, e.g. Change Management, DCRM (Issue Management Resolution) owners, etc.
- Identify tactical remediation of contract match exceptions (aka stubs) and coordinate with relevant stakeholders within limited timeframe to meet monthly KPIs
- Manage and address data quality queries/issues on GENESIS production data through timely feedback to data users.
- Conduct second-level investigation on medium to complex data quality queries/issues on GENESIS production data and propose resolution path (both tactical and strategic)
- Escalate timely to appropriate resolver groups, e.g. technology teams, if data investigation requires expertise outside of the team, and follow through accordingly
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years' Experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred
- Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated understanding of Database structures
- Flexible, team-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate English
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
