**Job Description**:
Role:

- Supports business owners and principals via the Experian Commercial Relations toll free phone line.
- Provides escalated telephonic support.
- Conducts investigations into business credit report disputes by confirming public record, trade data and verifying firmographic information.
- Generates an audit trail document to support the investigation and final credit report presentation.
Works with BIS resellers, Sales and other internals to investigate and correct data in the commercial database.
- Provides specialized support to data suppliers and partners.
- Research and amend in depth corporate file structure investigations.
- Ensures investigations are completed according to service level agreements.
- Performs and publish business analytics linked to investigative research requests.

**Qualifications**:

- Handles inbound questions via phone from business principals requesting information on the dispute process and asking for investigation status.
Reviews and qualifies requests for complimentary commercial credit reports, ensuring that the request is compliant with Commercial Relations policies. Responds back to the business with notification of report delivery or need for additional information.
- Conducts SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from the commercial credit database.
- Generates audit trail documentation in Excel and posts updates to Experian’s proprietary commercial relations repository.
Generates written responses to business principals providing investigation results and finalized credit reports.
- Follows Commercial Relations guidelines and procedures, maintains objectivity and upholds confidentiality restrictions at all times.
- Updates credit report information using the BIS SBU data management tool and by submitting batch updates via mainframe data entry.
- Verifies that the credit report accurately reflects database changes before closing the investigation.

The Data Management Program Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining the global Data Management Strategy and direction for GREF. The Data Management Program Lead recommends data management solutions and documents the current data environment and business requirements for enhancements. **Responsibilities**:
Manage the Data Management Program plan, timeline, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
Contribute to the development of data standards, rules, and quality metrics for data domains and metadata in partnership with Shared Operations Services Data Integrity, Risk Inspections and Compliance Data Governance, data owners, data stewards, and other stakeholders.
Serve in a strategic manner as a Subject Matter Expert promoting a data driven culture across the organization, communicating business value and benefit, and implementing good data practices across the organization.
Measure, on a periodic basis, data capabilities against the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Framework, communicate Data Management team’s performance and define roadmaps for continuous improvement in the following areas: Data Management Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Stewardship, and Data Operations.
Coach team members to develop strong customer support/technical skills.
Keep up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams (including data architecture, enterprise architecture, data engineering, and product teams) to ensure that data management systems and tools meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Experience
3 + years related experience in commercial real estate management (preferred) or related industry.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics or Information Technology or Software Engineering or Mathematics or Liberal Arts preferred.
8+ years of experience in data domain such as Data Analysis, Data Governance, Data Management, Customer Master Data, Enterprise Information Management, Data Modeling, and Data Quality Management.
Must have foundational exposure to Data Concepts, i.e. Data Visualization, Data Analytics, Data Mining, Business Intelligence, etc.
Knowledge and experience working with current technologies supporting Data Governance Frameworks, such as Informatica or Collibra
Experience with data quality monitoring, data quality tools, data cleansing
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification and AWS experience a plus.

The Data Quality Analytics & Reporting Lead Analyst is responsible for delivering subject matter and industry expertise across the enterprise in coordination with the Data Quality Analytics & Reporting team. The Quality Site Specialist is a critical program management role responsible for helping to drive site-level quality excellence across Amazon's operations. This position partners with quality specialists, site leads, and operations managers to identify, analyze, and address site-specific quality issues while implementing best practices across the network.
Key job responsibilities
- Support difficult, cross-functional quality improvement projects from inception to completion, working independently while seeking guidance when needed
- Perform daily side-by-sides with DAs and QAs to understand ground-level operations and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with quality specialists to analyze workflow-level root causes and implement solutions within the site
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with site leads and operations managers to address site-specific quality challenges
- Own program-level communication and metrics reporting for quality initiatives
- Accelerate progress by helping drive timely decisions, identifying and clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately
- Apply process improvement methodologies to optimize cross-team processes that enhance team efficacy and delivery
- Mentor team members and help develop quality best practices
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
