Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for a consistent and accurate database within the organizational management (OM) and data management process.
  • Manages the entry and workflow of personnel actions (PA) and organizational management (OM) transactions in HR GHP/SAP for client groups and business areas, such as hire, rehire, promotion, demotion, separations, deceased, assignment / country transfer, cost center changes, position changes, organization unit updates and structure, etc., ensuring alignment with HR process, (leaves, payroll timelines, etc.) programs (benefits, compensation, etc.), data governance, legal guidelines and policies.
  • Supports and executes large- and small-scale organizational changes (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and divestment).
  • Interacts with US HR Operations and HRBP's to collect and manage data to support HR initiatives and programs (i.e. compensation, benefits, etc.).
  • Provides detailed simulation testing of GHP/SAP data for system upgrades, new or existing program changes. Assists with test scenarios to identify any errors, issues, or failures to mitigate any future risk.
  • Proactively attends training sessions and shares learnings with team through development of process flows and working instructions and information sharing sessions.
  • Independently and proactively identify, investigate, develop the plan, and lead the initiation and final solution for process efficiencies.
  • Manage the tickets / employee inquiries that come through the ticketing tool.
  • Interacts with U.S. HR organization to execute employee lifecycle data changes within the GHP system.
  • Collaborates across US HR Ops to ensure data quality to support HR Processes.
  • Responsible for ICS/data audit checks to maintain compliance and Quality.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (desirable).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience with HR Data Management administrative processes, ideally in an international environment along with a good knowledge of HR interfaces.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR Organizational Management and Personnel Data Administration SAP with demonstrated data management experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and SAP HR.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP HR standard reports and transactions, specifically OM and PA.
  • Ability to effectively manage data extraction, analysis of data and creation of data change updates and loads.
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple assignments and projects while simultaneously providing exceptional customer support and service.
  • High service delivery-attitude and passion for working in an international team.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to interact in a confident manner within the regional and global HR/IT organization.

The Position

*Position summary
In the Master Data Specialist role, you are responsible for the dedication towards undisturbed business activities by committing to Service Level Agreement. In this role, you will ensure that technological architecture meets user requirements. Execute the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process. Follow the instructions of the Lead Enterprise Master Data Management Operations regarding the daily work coordination, and propose process and system improvements across multiple divisions. Contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the Finance and Procurement organization as well as the performance of the RSS.
Impact: This role has a major impact on the field of General Accounting and Management Accounting (Finance & Controlling), Procurement, Sales & Distribution and Reporting. (Due to the fact that all relevant processes have dependencies on the properly maintained Master Data)
Responsibilities
Service Delivery
Perform complete, stringent and timely tasks including but not limited to:
System analysis, issue resolution, inquiry handling *

  • Ensure process compliance

  • Utilizing ticketing system for incoming requests and issues

The Opportunity
We are seeking a transformational leader to drive the next evolution of our Costa Rica Data Strategy & Analytics (DS&A) team. As the senior-most DS&A leader in our Costa Rica office, you will spearhead a strategic expansion of our team's capabilities from data management excellence into advanced analytics and marketing technology. This is a unique opportunity to:

  • Lead and shape the transformation of an established ~20person team
  • Build a multi-disciplinary center of excellence spanning Data, Analytics, and Tech practices (pulling from established Analytics and Tech playbooks in the US)
  • Define and implement new training programs that will upskill talent across multiple disciplines
  • Drive the team's evolution from operational excellence to strategic client partnership

The Role
Initially, you will focus on team leadership and capability building, gradually expanding to include strategic client leadership responsibilities. You will collaborate with DS&A Leadership to develop and execute a cross-practice training curriculum while managing day-to-day team operations and mentoring the next generation of analytics leaders.

Team Lead Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a 12-16 person team of Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Managers, including direct management of 1-3 Managers
  • Help design and implement cross-practice training curriculum to upskill team in Analytics, Tech, and Client Service
  • Drive operational excellence through team management, resource planning, and performance development
  • Champion Kepler's proprietary tools and technologies, providing strategic feedback and driving adoption

  • Support business development through scope and pricing recommendations, as well as direct contributions to pitches and other BD exercises
  • During onboarding, weekly in-office presence required. After 90 days, in-office presence required once/month in accordance with the broader team's schedule.

  • Administrative and performance management oversight in collaboration with HR and other local leadership

Client Lead Responsibilities

  • Be the senior-most DS&A contact across a book of client accounts, owning client relationships and deliverables across measurement strategy, analytics, and reporting
  • Drive adoption of advanced measurement solutions including brand lift studies, matched market testing, and data clean rooms
  • Develop client-specific roadmaps that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior client stakeholders
  • Some North American travel may be required

Required Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years in marketing analytics, data science, or ad tech
  • Proven team leadership experience; analytics training program development a plus
  • Expertise in 1-2 practice areas (Data, Analytics, Tech) with working knowledge across all three

Summary
As a Data Strategy & Analytics Specialist 1, you will be responsible for ingesting, QA'ing, cleaning, transforming, visualizing, and interpreting digital marketing performance data. What You Will Do

  • Manage digital media, third party, and client data across multiple clients.
  • Unify and translate large sets of data from different data sources into cross-channel visualizations, dashboards, and reports for both Kepler and client usage, tailoring them to your clients' unique business objectives and needs
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business and marketing goals, leveraging analytics to advance these goals.

The Master and Reference Data Strategy Intermediate Analyst is responsible for supporting the strategic evolution and/or adoption of Master and Reference Data in coordination with the Data Governance team. The overall objective is to support the creation, maintenance and adoption of a unified and consistently defined fit-for-purpose enterprise-wide Master and Reference Data domains.

The Master and Reference Data Strategy Intermediate Analyst will partner with lines of business and global functions to support the identification, collection, and remediation of Data Quality issues and concerns, while executing the Master Reference Data adoption strategy across all Reference data domains. This position requires an understanding of enterprise data capabilities as well as their practical application across functions in a large financial services organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and examine current and future state Reference Data process with an eye towards continuous improvement
  • Uses professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise to resolve varied and complex issues that have notable impact on the business.
  • Participate in data maintenance efforts and status tracking of how data is captured, stored and consumed
  • Assist with the infrastructure changes for the annual BOW
  • Develops Test Strategies and methodologies for Infrastructure BOW, write Test Cases for Complex enhancements to Taxonomies. In addition, performs checker functions for junior associates writing test cases
  • Quality Management knowledge, combined with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.
  • Create Traceability matrix for Master and Reference Data Business Requirements
  • Track and facilitate the resolution of issues involving Master and Reference Data use and quality
  • May occasionally provide informal guidance or on the job training to new or lower level team members.
  • Work with key stakeholders to define success, develop supporting metrics and then build visualization and analytics

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred
  • Proven ability to provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience in managing successful projects
  • Optimizes work processes by knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continual improvement
  • Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, while monitoring tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes
  • Ability to communicate effectively in non-technical terms at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Advance oral and written English proficiency
  • 3-5 years working with databases, reference data
  • Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.
  • Previous experience with writing BRDs, Test Cases, Citi systems/processes a plus

Technical Acumen:

  • Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • System and Data analysis
  • Understanding of SDLC methodologies
  • Technical skills like ACCESS, KNIME, SharePoint Development, Power Tools, AI a plus
  • Experience managing projects, creating dashboards or tracking bugs with JIRA

The Master and Reference Data Strategy Sr Analyst is responsible for facilitating day to day activities to support the strategic evolution and/or adoption of Master and Reference Data in coordination with the Data Governance team. The overall objective is to support the creation, maintenance and adoption of a unified and consistently defined fit-for-purpose enterprise-wide Master and Reference Data domains.

The Master and Reference Data Strategy Sr Analyst will partner with lines of business and global functions to support the identification, collection, and remediation of Data Quality issues and concerns, while executing the Master Reference Data adoption strategy across all Reference data domains. This position requires an understanding of enterprise data capabilities as well as their practical application across functions in a large financial services organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and examine current and future state Reference Data process and architectures with an eye towards continuous improvement
  • Engage with other Citi operations, technology and compliance to identify and maintain appropriate alignment, specifically with Citi Data Standards
  • Analyze Data models to identify patterns and inconsistencies in across sources and targets, and document findings
  • Participate in data cleanup efforts and status tracking of how data is captured, stored and consumed
  • Assist with BAU data management processes across data lifecycle (i.e., documentation, testing validation, maintenance and change efforts)
  • Research external authoritative sources of Reference Data and manage updates to Reference Data sets. Works in conjunction with information owners and technology partners to define and implement key documentation and project deliverables
  • Track compliance to Master and Reference Data governance requirements
  • Track and facilitate the resolution of issues involving Master and Reference Data use and quality
  • Work with key stakeholders to define success, develop supporting metrics and then build visualization and analytics

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred

As a Data Analysis Consultant – Revenue Insights, you will play a critical role in supporting the stability and scalability of the TruAudience platform. You will be responsible for delivering strategic analytics, resolving usage and billing inquiries, and enabling data-driven decision-making across internal teams. This role requires strong statistical and analytical acumen, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) Master's a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in digital media, financial services, or SaaS environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel, including: INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, IFERROR, VBA, data validation, pivot tables, and scenario modeling.
  • Experience with Apache Superset or similar BI tools; ability to design dashboards in collaboration with an engineer.
  • Familiarity with Python is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated experience with forecasting models Time series analysis (ARIMA, exponential smoothing), logistic regression, decision trees, random forests a plus
  • Strong understanding of data quality control, cleansing, and transformation techniques.

About the role

The Data Governance Officer will establish and drive data governance initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on ensuring data quality, security, compliance, and usability through robust governance frameworks, with a specific emphasis on administering and leveraging Microsoft Purview for data cataloging, classification, and lineage tracking.

What you'll do

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive enterprise data governance policies, and standards.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in data management, Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

  3. Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Purview, including configuring metadata scanning, data classification, and lineage tracing.

  4. Strong understanding of data privacy and industry standards.

  5. Familiarity with data architecture, data modeling, and data security principles.

  6. Proven leadership experience driving organization-wide data governance initiatives.

  7. Experience integrating Purview with Azure Data Services and Power BI/Fabric.

  8. Professional certifications such as DCAM (Data Management Capability Assessment Model), CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional), or DGSP (Data Governance & Stewardship Professional).

  9. Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements, and ability to communicate governance requirements and best practices through documentation, presentations, and workshops.

  10. Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator.

  11. Ability to lead initiatives, explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, and mentor peers.
