**Position Summary**
The Supply Chain Analyst plays a central role in enabling data-driven decision-making across supply chain operations. This role supports critical initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with customers, and team members. The analyst partners closely with functional collaborators and the broader analytics community to support and improve supply chain performance at both the site and network level.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop, optimize, and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to support decision-making.
+ Analyze and communicate the impact of customer (internal/external) blocking issues to leadership.
+ Collaborate with the global organization to integrate site-level solutions into centralized processes for broader organizational benefit.
+ Provide analytical support across key supply chain domains including SIOP, demand planning, supply management, materials, and distribution.
+ Gather, validate, and consolidate data from different sources (e.g., Infor, SAP, Macola, Excel reports, PowerBI databases, Kinaxis).
+ Build and maintain reports and presentations using tools such as Excel, Microsoft Project, Including dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for ongoing business performance tracking.
+ Apply root cause analysis and PPI (Practical Process Improvement) methodologies to drive balanced corrective actions and maintain service levels.
+ Generate and distribute regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly). Ensure reporting consistency and alignment with the enterprise analytics team.
+ Collaborate across functions to promote standard methodologies and process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 2+ years of experience in an analyst or data-driven role.
+ Proficient in Excel, including advanced pivot tables, Power Query, charting and formulas (e.g., INDEX-MATCH).
+ Hands-on experience with analytical tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
+ Understanding of supply chain concepts, manufacturing processes, and planning principles.
+ Familiar with MRP systems and ERP dynamics.
+ Strong competence in data analysis and ability to interpret large, sophisticated data sets to uncover insights and inefficiencies.
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, PMP, or ISM CPSM.
+ Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
+ Experience with planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment using ERP/MRP tools.

**The Opportunity**
This position works out of our Alajuela, Coyol location in the Vascular division that provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of vascular disease.
Responsible for obtaining materials, components and equipment. Gathers quotations, examines bids, and makes awards. Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules, and maintains inventory at planned levels. Plans, schedules, and monitors the movement of materials through the production cycle. Monitors cost, schedule, and scope of assigned subcontracts to ensure the best quality at best value.
**What You'll Do**
+ Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and Procedures.
+ Manges component supply and inventory levels for product line(s), plans material requirements and ensuring flow of materials to the production floor.
+ Uses production supply plans to create and communicate a material supply plan that supports operations at assigned site/s.
+ Maintains direct material supply and plans appropriate inventory levels for continuous site operations.
+ Initiates and manages material expedites when required.
+ Responsible for assigned material intercompany transfer to support AV operations.
+ Manages material Change Requests and Change Orders as required.
+ May lead Project teams in support of material initiatives, process and procedure improvements.

Moody’s Analytics is an established leader in global data solutions bringing transparent data, predictive analytics, and flexible workflow tools to the market to power better decisions.

A Moody’s Analytics Industry Practice Lead plays a critical role in the sales cycle by establishing credibility and confidence in Moody’s Analytics’ products and solutions with prospective clients. The Practice Lead facilitates solution architecture to address our customers use cases based on Moody’s Analytics existing, future and acquired solutions. The Practice Lead collaborates in the creation of a new product offering, its value proposition and architecture, and facilitates market feedback using rapid learning approach to product development. The Practice Lead will interface with internal stakeholders such as product, research, partnerships, advisory, and customer success teams to align Moody’s solutions to the industry challenges.

Working in conjunction with the members of the Sales and Product teams, the Practice Lead will manage the qualification and solutioning stages of the sales process as the key solution architect and product advocate of Moody’s Analytics. Specifically, the Practice Lead for Supply Chain will actively support the evaluation stage of the sales process and serve as the technical advisor for Moody’s Analytics product suite. Further, the Practice Lead will be responsible for understanding customer needs to lead the solutioning stage of the sales process and prepare, present, and promote the sale of Moody’s Analytics solutions to the customer.

Importantly, as the Supply Chain Practice Lead, you will also be participating in industry advocacy efforts with industry associations and standard setters. This advocacy may take form of industry presentations, articles and white papers, webinars, podcasts, and workshops.

Specifically, there are four areas of activities the Supply Chain Practice Lead will be engaged in:

- Driving sales and customer engagement: design, build and execute market outreach strategy (with sales, marketing and product management teams to win opportunities; develop clear, concise proposals and deliver targeted client demos that address client needs; act as trusted advisor to customers; proactively work with prospective clients through the sales process, providing thought leadership on best practices and technical assistance and guidance as required; respond to functional and technical queries of RFIs and RFPs; qualify and lead the Proof of Concept (POC) process in the sales cycle.
- Internal education: drive the preparation and circulation of market insight to create awareness of Moody’s expertise internally; assist sales teams across the organization on learning how to identify sales opportunities with the use of advanced use cases; conduct training sessions on the propositions, Moody’s solution set and emerging trends across a large and diverse teams of Relationship Managers and Sales Representatives; serve as an informal coach and expert to product consultants, sales professionals and customer success teams; create high quality training and client materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks, playbooks).
- Industry engagement & thought leadership: develop and maintain industry stakeholder relationships; speak at industry events; write white papers and maintain social media engagement.
- Market feedback for product development: translate emerging market themes and regulatory requirements into product requirements to future proof our solutions; identify valuable white space; keep abreast of the competitive landscape across portfolio solutions; build business case for product development and improvement. **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar field
- PhD or MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working within corporates, consulting, advisory connected to Supply Chain
- Industry affiliation and leadership roles is a plus
- Experience with complex sales cycles and relationship management are a plus

**In this exciting role as a Sr Supply Chain Planner, you will have responsibility for efficiently managing supply for Medtronic’s Surgical & GI business. Primary responsibility will be creating, tracking, and monitoring the execution of versioned products, in order to protect our service & commitment to our patients. This individual will assist in the design, execution, and maintenance of versioned product through Blue Yonder planning system, leveraging interchangeability concepts. This position leads and works in a collaborative environment with other business functions and will support the department’s strategic goals and objectives with limited direct supervision.**

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.**
- **Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.**:

- **Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.**:

- **Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.**:

- **Collaborates with Global & Regional Supply Network Planners in Surgical & GI to perform Phase In Phase Out interchangeability for new & rationalized products, ensuring alignment on transition strategies.**:

- **Works closely with cross functional teams to generate seamless material (MATNR) to material (MATNR) changes to standardize use of interchangeability**:

- **Understands & executes material extensions and master data setups.**:

- **Drives business decisions based on Blue Yonder planning system functionality & commercial needs.**:

- **Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.**:

- **Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address interchangeability issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.**:

- **Acts as key participant in monthly IBP and S&OE cycle managing long-term rough-cut capacity views and short-term planning with scenario planning. Identifies and escalates exceptions for consideration with the suggestion of possible scenarios and solutions.**:

- **Completes Master data cleanup, planning system maintenance, optimization & governance of standards.**:

- **Monitors inventory to ensure it is aligned with net requirements, minimizing over producing and over purchasing of different versions of product.**:

- **Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.**:

- **Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.**:

- **Drive process improvement projects by leveraging DMAIC/A3 methodology.**:

- **Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.**:

- **May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.**:

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems (SAP S/4, EWM, TM, Oracle), with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to support multinational clients and cross-border initiatives. Experience in the medical device industry is a strong plus.
+ Lead and execute consulting projects focused on optimizing supply chain and operational performance.
+ Analyze and improve processes across inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and procurement.
+ Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
+ Configure and optimize ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, Oracle) to support business transformation.
+ Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify pain points and develop tailored solutions.
+ Deliver measurable improvements in delivery times, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
+ Provide bilingual support (English and Spanish) in client communications, documentation, and training.
+ Support change management and knowledge transfer across diverse teams and regions.
+ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
+ 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or consulting roles.
+ Proven success in process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
+ Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, and Oracle.
+ Certified in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.
+ Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
+ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

+ Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards in manufacturing environments.
+ PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

**Dwellworks is searching for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing Corporate Housing team in Costa Rica.**We are currently utilizing full time work from home. Post COVID this position will be required to report to the office up to 4 days a week with 1 day per week reserved for work from home. This position will work Monday - Friday.**

**OUR POSITION IN A NUTSHELL**

Dwellworks is searching for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team in Costa Rica. The position will serve as a crucial support person for the Destination Services and Supply Chain Teams by entering, allocating and tracking relocation programs within key markets. This person will help with administrative functions related to the placement of orders, utilization management of local suppliers and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of information. This person must be able to work collaboratively with team members, maintain a detailed oriented approach, and analyze order distribution in order to achieve corporate goals.
**WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH**

**_
Order Entry, Assignment & Network Management (75%)_**
- Review and enter data into various internal systems
- Ensure the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy are maintained while working through complicated client nuances and systems
- Select Independent Service Consultants that meet the set decision-making standards and performance metrics
Partner closely with Supply Chain Managers to foster alignment between the order assignment function and network management needs, such as supplier capacity, distribution, performance, costs and compliance
- Work directly with the Supply Chain Manager to meet departmental and organizational goals
- Maintain strong communication and support overall relationship management of Independent Service Consultants and internal team members

Reporting & Analytics (15%)_**
- Daily review of key data points to refine operational processes and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
- Support reporting of assignment data to demonstrate alignment with financial, quality, network management strategy and operational goals
**_
Ad Hoc Projects (10%)_**
- Support process and structural development of the order assignment function
- Must be willing to take on additional projects as assigned
