This isn't just a "technical" role or "marketing" role; it's a Marketing Technologist through and through. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a unique blend of:

What You'll Do:

As our Marketing Technologist, you will be the core driver of our client's marketing and sales efficiency. Your responsibilities include:

  • Keap (Infusionsoft) Mastery: Design, implement, and maintain complex, multi-step marketing and sales automation campaigns using Keap's Campaign Builder (goals, sequences, timers, decision nodes). You will also manage product/subscription setup, billing automation, and sales pipeline optimization within Keap's opportunity module.
  • API & Systems Integration: Build and optimize multi-step, complex integrations using Zapier (including filters, formatters, webhooks) to ensure seamless data flow between Keap and various third-party applications (e.g., Typeform, OnceHub, WebinarFuel). Develop basic scripts (Python/JavaScript) for custom API integrations when pre-built connectors aren't available.
  • Technical Infrastructure & Support: Administer and troubleshoot DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT) for domain and email authentication. Set up and integrate Zoom meetings/webinars with Keap. Proactively diagnose and resolve complex technical support tickets related to CRM, integrations, and other marketing technology platforms.

Role Overview

The Digital

Marketing & Content Coordinator

will bring creative energy, design skills, and organizational focus to Tierramor's marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a Canva wizard who loves building beautiful content and enjoys working across all social media platforms, email newsletter platforms (Mailchimp) and Squarespace. You'll collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Manager to execute digital campaigns for a variety of offerings, build monthly newsletters, prepare basic analytics reports, design sales materials and other branded assets. 

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Manager to develop multi-platform educational and promotional content

  • Spark discussion and monitor conversations across social media, address important mentions in real-time through engagement and understanding of ongoing milestones and activities.
  • Create and develop multimedia (audio/video/photography) content for local stakeholders' stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, events videos, recruiting videos, training and other enterprise-wide projects, including script creation, storyboarding, budgeting, timelines, and allocation of resources, and selecting optimal forms of media for projects.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • B.A. or B.S. or similar (Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or Communications or similar) or equivalent work experience
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in graphical design, photography and video edition (Adobe Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere…)
  • 2+ years of experience with Social Media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and Blogs
  • Strong written, oral and presentation skills (Spanish and English)
  • Comfortable collaborating with others in-person or virtually in a face paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Familiarity with professional cameras, production, filming and editing
  • Experience writing, editing, producing, and tracking digital content
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY: DIGITAL MARKETING

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Developer intern to join our team in a 30-week internship opportunity. The ideal candidate is a talented college student who aspires to gain experience in the fields of International Business and Information Technology.

The intern will have access to:

Learning and working with in-demand software organizations used worldwide; these include Slack, Google Workspace, Wix, WordPress, Miro, Figma, Jira, etc.

Developing in-demand skills, such as teamwork, collaboration, time management, cultural intelligence, content presentation, oral communication, remote work, digital product lifecycle management, and digital ecosystem engineering.

Learning about different cultures by working in a multicultural team.

Participating in volunteering programs.

Taking part in social integration and networking events.

Receiving professional counseling.

Working from home or from anywhere with flexible schedules and three-day weekends.

Being part of a paperless and zero-emissions organization.

Obtaining a monetary thesis research grant.

The intern needs to meet the following requirements:

Experience with Canvas

Studies, completed or in progress, in STEM fields.

Experience with Social Media Marketing

An advanced level of spoken and written English.

Knowledge of Google products, such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.

A solid understanding of website development

Experience with Velo (Wix’s development platform) and WIX API (desired).

A personal computer/laptop and reliable internet connection.

Manage filing systems and update records.

Do research on different topics.

Perform various tasks to support the project.

Gather critical data to create visual business intelligence reports.
