**Job Summary**:
Stays current with vendor-specific technical certifications in order to make appropriate recommendations to resellers on the configuration and design of system solutions.
Promotes product awareness, provides pre-sales technical support including phone support, system diagrams, proposals, and training in order to grow the sales of a funding vendor's product line.
Works closely with Tech Data's Product Manager and the funding vendor's representatives to execute marketing activities.

Accepts ownership of suggested improvements and works with the Tech Data team, vendor, and Systems Engineering Management to develop an implementation plan.

- Provides technical solutions and configuration design expertise to customers and sales on specified product line(s). Uses independent judgment and discretion in making solution recommendations. No second-level review occurs.
- Closes specific business opportunities for Vendor's products.
- Drives sales goals/rebates/milestones through sales organization and direct customer contact. *Provides phone support in accordance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provides sales/marketing support to increase vendor and product awareness.
- Provides technical presentations/training to sales, support, and customers.
- Reports on key metrics as designated by product line(s) of responsibility and distributes monthly update to Product Marketing Team, and vendor representative(s).
- Places orders for customers in accordance with Tech Data's pricing guidelines.
- Updates Tech Data's systems and tools with accurate technical data on specific product line(s). *Provides technical and non-technical input to team members, project leaders, and management, as appropriate.
- Develops and obtain approval on Quarterly Vendor Objectives (QVO) document, which states goals and objectives to support vendor's marketing strategy to grow sales.
- Serves as interface with customer/prospect base in regard to vendor's product line and remains available to meet with customers from Latin America at TD office in Miami or travel within the Latin America region to actively promote and sell the product line in order to meet assigned quarterly sales quotas.
- Works with TD Territory Managers on joint sales calls, local reseller seminars, local user group meeting, etc. in order to promote vendor's product line.

- Previous trade show experience.
**Minimum Educational/Certifications Requirements**:
- High School Diploma/GED plus the established minimum requirements for the position.

**What you will do**
The Mid-Level IT Security Engineer will be responsible for the implementation, support and management of the IAM systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in identity management solutions, access control policies, ability to respond and resolve issues within Service Level Agreements (SLA) and a deep understanding of IT security standard methodologies. This role is important in ensuring that the right individuals have access to the right resources at the right times and for the right reasons.

**Minimum Qualifications**

- Creation and maintenance of Environment Management procedures/process

**Desired Experience (Plus)**:
- Hands-on experience of creation / refresh of ERP and HRMS systems from an existing Production environment

As a member of the Corporate Infrastructure and Security - Risk & Assessments team, the Security Engineer is responsible for:
- Providing key input and assistance in the development and implementation of a global cybersecurity risk management program
- Maintaining and executing the risk management policy throughout the entire risk lifecycle
- Executing various risk analysis processes within the team including intake and analysis of reported risks, risk management, and ensuring teams are properly managing plans to reduce or eliminate risk

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:
- 5+ years’ experience in risk analysis, information risk management,, data privacy, information technology, or equivalent with exposure to cybersecurity and/or information security risk.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Information Assurance, Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, Law or Data Privacy or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with risk analysis.
- Ability to explain complex risk management topics to a broad audience
- Understanding of relevant industry frameworks such as ISO 27001 series, NIST 800-53, FISMA and others
- General understanding of cybersecurity technologies and controls with the ability to bridge the gap between governance and technical concepts
- Excellent writing skills, with experience as a writer or technical editor is considered a plus
- Demonstrated ability to complete work with mínimal direction and self-identify tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and excellent documentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISSP or CISA are considered a plus
