+ Associate degree related to Computer Science/Information Systems and 1-2 years of experience OR equivalent technical working experience (minimum 3-4 years)

**Qualifications**

**Minimum**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field OR equivalent experience (4 years), in addition to:

- 2+ years of experience on Information Technology in Labs related field.

- Working experience on automated OS provisioning infrastructure for Linux and Windows.
- Configuring OS installation and customization automations per customer requirements.
- Performing OS Master images configuration, software installations, troubleshooting and issues resolution including issues related to network, authentication, remote access, and security.
- CCNA knowledge, Switches, Access Points and Firewall configuration and troubleshooting required for LAN and WLAN on all 7 layers of OSI model.

- Virtualization hands on experience on Hyper-V, VMware, Cloud and Azure platforms. Experience on CCSGs and KVMs, iLab expertise is a plus.
- Active Directory and GPO rules work experience on setting up environment configurations and users/computers groups and objects for ecosystem control.
- Knowledge on HP hardware like iLo, servers and desktops. NUCs experience
- Operative Systems such as: Windows Client 7, 10, 11. Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019. Linux Distros like Unix, CentOS, Ubuntu, RedHat and Photon.
- Back and Restore knowledge for data on VEEAM.
- Knowledge on Data Center Storage: setup permissions and groups, create areas, debug, monitoring and administration on NetApp infrastructure.
- Extensive knowledge on Security, patching, firewall, network security, vulnerability management and remediation, access controls, antivirus, access monitoring and remote capabilities compliance with InfoSec guidelines.
- BigFix and fixlet creations knowledge.
