The candidate shall be responsible for managing the lifecycle of server and infrastructure hardware assets. In this role, the analyst will partner with IT and Business stakeholders in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment to develop and support processes, workflows, and automation of Hardware and related Software Asset Management Programs for Stryker using ServiceNow. The role requires knowledge of infrastructure assets, including servers, switches, virtual machines and machine supported devices. The role requires 4+ years' experience managing the lifecycle of physical and virtual assets and setting the standards for device reporting requirements.
What you will do:
- Maintaining a comprehensive and accurate record of all servers, including hardware specifications, software licenses, and deployment locations.
- Managing entire lifecycle of a server, from initial deployment to retirement, including upgrades, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Ensuring asset lifecycle process is appropriately designed and governed to support business and stakeholder requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with software licenses, including tracking installations, usage and potential over consumption or underutilization.
- Collaborate with infrastructure stakeholders to baseline and ensure accurate asset ownership and attribute data.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of server configurations, software versions, and other relevant attributes.
- Managing KPI's, reporting, and audits of infrastructure assets for stakeholders and leadership.
What you need:
- Strong understanding of server hardware, including networking, virtualization technologies, cloud computing (AWS, Azure) and an understanding/knowledge of cybersecurity.
- Understanding of PVU, core licensing metrics.
- Experience with ServiceNow specifically in Hardware and Computer/CMBD tables. ServiceNow SAM Pro a plus.
- Experience with discovery tools such as ServiceNow CMBD, Tanium, SCCM.
- Strong organizational & analytical skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work and manage time effectively.
- Ability to produce high-quality deliverables in an accurate and timely manner.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, able to work independently, possesses acute attention to detail.
- Good facilitator/mediator able to resolve conflict.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related technology field or comparable job experiences.

The
Hardware Inside Alliance Coordinator (IAC)
role at Veeam focuses on supporting and expanding strategic partnerships with key hardware alliance vendors such as HPE, Lenovo, Hitachi Vantara, Pure, Nutanix, and Exagrid across the Americas region. This position aids Regional Alliance Managers in driving joint business opportunities, pipeline development, and collaborative go-to-market initiatives to boost Veeam's success alongside these hardware partners. The coordinator also manages operational tasks between Veeam, Veeam sellers, and its hardware alliances to ensure smooth alliance enablement and execution of programs.
Key Responsibilities
The coordinator is tasked with a variety of sales, operational, and strategic duties including:
Alliance Engagement & Velocity Motion
- Develop and nurture relationships with the hardware Veeam alliance teams, ensuring alignment on joint business objectives, solution integration, and co-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with Veeam's sales, technical, and marketing teams to create compelling joint value propositions, solution architectures, and campaigns tailored for the hardware alliances platforms.
- Contact and follow up with attendees of hardware alliance-specific webinars and events to nurture leads and advance pipeline opportunities.
- Drive velocity motion by conducting targeted email outreach to priority accounts to boost attendance at webinars, digital campaigns, and events, collaborating with hardware alliance Veeam contacts on joint email campaigns where appropriate.
- Analyzing and cross-collaboration with Veeam's partner teams (e.g., CR & Regional Channel Teams) to identify top reseller accounts for targeting joint demand generation events.
Renew, Upgrade & Expand Motion
- Coordinate meetings between Veeam Customer Success Representatives (CSRs) and hardware alliance Field Reps for renewals with the goal of driving Up-Sell/Cross-Sell, and expansion beyond existing renewals.
- Support the onboarding, enablement, and training of Veeam's internal teams and channel partners on hardware alliances NSQ, Custom sku process, and ordering nuances as applicable.
- Utilization of Account IG (AIQ) for additional analysis on TAM opportunities for accounts.
Operational Excellence
- Manage partnership operational challenges ensuring seamless execution of joint activities.
- Following up on license activations with customers ensuring completion of closed won status within SFDC.
- Support deal registration processes, including clarifying and improving the hardware registration flow on Veeam Pro Partner Portal, and providing guidance on submission of opportunities.
- Tracking and reporting joint pipeline development, sales performance, and key success metrics related to hardware alliances.
Performance & Collaboration
- Track and report on joint pipeline, sales performance, and key success metrics specific to hardware alliance partnerships.
- Organize and participate in joint marketing activities such as webinars, events, and digital campaigns focused on hardware alliance sales plays and solutions.
- Work closely with regional and global channel managers, solution architects, and product teams to deliver successful joint initiatives and resolve partner challenges.
- Stay informed about Veeam's portfolio, hardware alliance offerings, and the competitive landscape to enhance partner and customer engagement.
- Advocate internally for hardware alliance partner needs, providing feedback to Veeam leadership and product development teams.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills
Candidates for this role are ideally expected to have:
- A bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience.

Job Summary
This senior level employee is primarily responsible for providing expert technical advice on IT infrastructure for assigned systems,

The Mobility Center of Excellence is seeking an innovative and highly technical DevOps Engineer to manage the touch points of mobile application development and certification processes. This role supports our development and delivery teams by maintaining, developing, integrating, and enhancing the build-related tools and infrastructure relied upon daily by the Mobility Center of Excellence and its partners.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in automation, CI/CD pipelines, mobile build processes, and cloud services, working closely with internal customers and development teams to ensure fast, reliable, and secure mobile app delivery.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain configuration code, including writing and maintaining automated tests, and managing deployments.
- Gather and analyze system metrics to identify and address problematic machines.
- Retire and replace machines after their useful life has ended.
- Monitor and improve DevOps tools and processes, automate routine tasks, and implement self-healing mechanisms to improve reliability.
- Keep CI toolchain updated and resolve build or deployment issues as they arise.
- Evaluate and potentially deploy CI services on cloud platforms such as Azure or Bluemix.

Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum two (2) years in a technical lead role with or without direct reports. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three (3) years experience working with automation tools and configuration management software (e.g., Chef).
- One (1) years experience working with Ruby.
- Three (3) years experience administering and supporting macOS and Red Hat Linux environments.

- Cualificaciones:
Formación: Graduado de Educación Media preferible colegio técnico, estudiando en Universidad carrera en tecnología.
Experiencia: Soporte tecnico , Servicio al cliente, manejo de proveedores de tecnologia, conexiones a redes, cuarto de servidores, garantias a PC, creación de tiquetes, atencion de usuarios, inventario de activos tecnologicos, compra de activos tecnologicos.
Conocimiento de Idiomas: Español / Ingles
Conocimiento de sistemas: soporte técnico de software y hardware

IT Infrastructure and Systems Engineer – Network
Join our fast-growing Corporate IT team and play a key role in shaping the backbone of Flat Rock's global technology environment. As an IT Infrastructure and Systems Engineer, you'll design, build, and manage critical infrastructure that powers our operations worldwide. From data centers and cloud platforms to collaboration tools and secure networks, you'll help us scale with resilience, efficiency, and innovation.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where your expertise will directly enable business growth, global expansion, and the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Design, build, and support enterprise networks, servers, storage, telephony, and systems.
- Engineer secure, fault-tolerant, and scalable solutions across on-premise, co-location, and cloud environments.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance across IT and business teams.
- Act as a trusted escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Lead infrastructure and application projects, from system migrations to global rollouts.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-first solutions (AWS, Azure).
- Partner with vendors and managed service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the enterprise-wide strategy for infrastructure, systems, and international expansion.
- Define and implement disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.

Technical Expertise
- 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise networks, servers, and storage systems.
- Proven expertise with VMware (ESXi, vSphere, vCenter).
- Strong skills in firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure (physical and virtual).
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Server OS & Active Directory.
- Solid experience with cloud computing and storage (AWS and Azure).
- Experience delivering disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 collaboration suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
- Scripting skills to automate and optimize infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with patch management, monitoring tools, and ITIL frameworks.
- Linux knowledge is a plus.
Education & Certifications
- Degree in Information Systems or a related field (AA minimum) – or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Certifications preferred:
- Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)
- Microsoft O365
- Windows Server
- Networking certifications
