The Opportunity
We are looking for a bold, imaginative Creative Designer who sees every project as a chance to tell a powerful story. If you're passionate about design, driven by curiosity, and thrive on turning complex ideas into visually compelling presentations . we want to hear from you In this role, you'll work with senior leaders in Customer Strategy & Execution to craft presentations that don't just inform, but captivate our customers, inspire our teams and help communicate the direction of our business Whether it is critical customer pitches to capture feedback or high-stakes executive discussions to align on strategy, your work will play a key role in shaping how ideas are seen, understood and remembered.
Based out of Heredia, Costa Rica, you will report directly into the Global Head of Sales Enablement.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design and deliver presentations that visualize our strategy and solutions to be used in customer conversations, executive discussions, and Sales meeting
- Lead and complete multiple design projects simultaneously through prioritization and project management
- Align with LSEG branding and design guidelines
- Collaborate with talent across LSEG - including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Pursuit Design to ensure alignment.
- Enhance your storytelling guiding the creation of professional videos to improve communication of strategy and value propositions
Experience Required
- Highly qualified in creative designer, preferably from within Pursuits or Marketing teams in a professional services organisation
- Ability to lead design solutions that optimally translate verbal ideas into cohesive and impactful visuals
- Up to speed on current and latest design trends
- MSOffice applications (Word, PowerPoint) – Note, a lot of the work tends to be on Powerpoint
- Design software inc. Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, amongst others
- Ability to work in a demanding global environment

Your Responsibilities
- You will drive the vision and execution of the Creative Design Subchapter, fostering a spirit of collaboration and innovation while enabling outstanding design outcomes globally
- You will attract, onboard, and coach top-tier design talent, building a high-performing team that can deliver exceptional results consistently
- You will serve as a role model for agile collaboration and effectively align your team's work with broader business objectives and strategies
- You will ensure the optimal utilization of design resources while maintaining customer satisfaction through effective monitoring and exceptional delivery
- You will build relationships with key stakeholders, align on priorities, and champion the value of design as a driver of impact within Roche
- You will seek opportunities for innovation in design processes and workflows while empowering team members with growth opportunities
What You'll Bring to the Table
- You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with 7+ years of experience in design roles within agencies, startups, or large organizations
- You have at least 3 years of experience in people leadership, coaching, or team development, specifically in a design context
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English as a must (additional languages are a plus)
- You have a dynamic and flexible mindset, adapting to different design software and workflows while understanding design processes end-to-end
- You exhibit a growth mindset and are willing to take risks, experiment, learn continuously, and provide and receive feedback in the context of design
- You have proficiency in project and change management, particularly within design environments
