Buscamos un desarrollador integral con experiencia en inteligencia artificial aplicada, Python y desarrollo web, capaz de implementar soluciones innovadoras que integren modelos de lenguaje, análisis de datos y sistemas automatizados de atención al cliente.
El candidato ideal tendrá un enfoque analítico, curiosidad constante por la innovación y habilidades prácticas para transformar ideas en productos funcionales y escalables.
Responsabilidades
· Desarrollar e integrar modelos de IA (propios y de terceros) en aplicaciones web y bots conversacionales.
· Implementar y mantener APIs para comunicación entre frontend, backend y servicios de IA.
· Crear y entrenar agentes conversacionales inteligentes para atención al cliente (WhatsApp, web, CRM, etc.).
· Diseñar y optimizar arquitecturas de backend con Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django).
· Participar en el diseño UX/UI de soluciones interactivas basadas en IA.
· Documentar, probar y mejorar continuamente los sistemas desarrollados.
Requisitos
· Dominio de Python (manejo de librerías IA y APIs REST).
· Conocimientos sólidos en HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap y frameworks modernos.
· Experiencia con bases de datos MySQL o MongoDB.
· Experiencia previa desarrollando chatbots o asistentes virtuales (Dialogflow, Rasa, GPT, etc.).
· Comprensión de conceptos de Machine Learning, NLP y LLMs.
· Capacidad para trabajar en equipos ágiles y proyectos multidisciplinarios.
Deseable
· Experiencia en integración con Zoho, Bird, WhatsApp Business API, o CRMs.
· Conocimientos en AWS, Azure, o Google Cloud.
· Experiencia en automatización de procesos (RPA) o análisis de emociones.

Basic Qualifications
