We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role requires a strong technical foundation in Oracle PL/SQL, combined with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead and mentor a team of data analysts, driving data-driven insights and contributing to key business decisions. They will also be responsible for researching and evaluating emerging AI tools and techniques for potential application in data analysis projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL queries and procedures for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Utilize Python scripting for automation.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain data quality standards and ensure data integrity across various systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry best practices, including AI/ML advancements.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML tools and techniques for potential application in data analysis projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on work experience as Technical Data Analyst(not a business analyst) with Oracle PL/SQL & python programming to interpret analytical tasks and analyze the large datasets.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Awareness and understanding of AI/ML tools and techniques in data analytics (e.g., machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, predictive modeling).
- Experience in the financial services industry would be preferred.
