**Position Summary**
The Supply Chain Analyst plays a central role in enabling data-driven decision-making across supply chain operations. This role supports critical initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with customers, and team members. The analyst partners closely with functional collaborators and the broader analytics community to support and improve supply chain performance at both the site and network level.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop, optimize, and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to support decision-making.
+ Analyze and communicate the impact of customer (internal/external) blocking issues to leadership.
+ Collaborate with the global organization to integrate site-level solutions into centralized processes for broader organizational benefit.
+ Provide analytical support across key supply chain domains including SIOP, demand planning, supply management, materials, and distribution.
+ Gather, validate, and consolidate data from different sources (e.g., Infor, SAP, Macola, Excel reports, PowerBI databases, Kinaxis).
+ Build and maintain reports and presentations using tools such as Excel, Microsoft Project, Including dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for ongoing business performance tracking.
+ Apply root cause analysis and PPI (Practical Process Improvement) methodologies to drive balanced corrective actions and maintain service levels.
+ Generate and distribute regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly). Ensure reporting consistency and alignment with the enterprise analytics team.
+ Collaborate across functions to promote standard methodologies and process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 2+ years of experience in an analyst or data-driven role.
+ Proficient in Excel, including advanced pivot tables, Power Query, charting and formulas (e.g., INDEX-MATCH).
+ Hands-on experience with analytical tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
+ Understanding of supply chain concepts, manufacturing processes, and planning principles.
+ Familiar with MRP systems and ERP dynamics.
+ Strong competence in data analysis and ability to interpret large, sophisticated data sets to uncover insights and inefficiencies.
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, PMP, or ISM CPSM.
+ Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
+ Experience with planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment using ERP/MRP tools.

The Supply Chain analyst supports the function with data analysis and coordination to support specific projects. The Supply Chain analyst partner with the other functions and the analytics team to support business decisions and impact of those decisions. As required, this role could be expanded to drive other related key initiatives for site the role supports.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain analytical packages for the sites & network stakeholders that allow them to drive the best decisions for Thermo Fisher
- Support customer (internal and external) escalations-analyze and communicate the impact to the sites & network leaders
- Work with extended data analytics community to incorporate all solutions into the centralized processes so that targeted work can have universal benefit to the organization
- Provide analytical coverage and problem solving across supply chain ~ demand, supply, materials management, distribution
- Perform data gathering from multiple sources (E1, EDW, Hyperion, Oracle R12, Made 2 manage, Cognos, other as required)
- Perform data reporting via Excel, Microsoft Project, other
- Develop dashboards and power point for data reporting
- Use of root cause analysis and PPI system for sustainable corrective action to maintain customer experience service levels.
- Develop and distribute daily, weekly, monthly reports
- Partner with the analytics team to insure process consistency in reporting and analytics.
- Look for JDI (Just Do it) opportunities that provide an immediate impact and longer term based trend analysis

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Analyst role.
- Proficient in managing and analyzing data in Excel; complex pivot tables & reporting, power query, advanced charting, data analysis, index, match, SQL
- Strong Supply Chain acumen
- Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing concepts and principles, finite scheduling, product flow, data management, and supply chain planning
- Knowledgeable regarding MRP principles and system dynamics
- Comfortable with large banks of data. Spotting process inefficiencies and collaborating with others to drive fixes and solutions
- Ability to demonstrate communication and influencing skills, judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers

+ Research business requirements and document the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices).
+ Understand available and future functionalities with Oracle that have not yet been deployed but may deliver new value to the business.
+ Translate business requirements into application requirements. Guide users through implementation projects as well as leading actions needed to successful roll out new sites or functionality.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Supply Chain/Material Management, or related field is preferred.
+ 5+ years of related IT experience (oracle EBS, SAP or other ERP)as minimum
+ Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and influence
+ Knowledge in Supply chain, planning, inventory or manufacturing.
+ Proven experience with successful ERP implementations and/or problem solving
+ Ability to communicate in English
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Experience leading a team or managing others
+ Experience in a global or Fortune 500 organization
+ APICS inventory certification or similar.
+ Experience with Oracle configurations/setups for E-Business Suite.
