Description
The Business Intelligence Engineer I will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end automation solutions using programming languages. This role will focus on streamlining and optimizing business intelligence and data reporting processes through the creation of reusable, scalable automation pipelines. The BI Engineer I will collaborate closely with BIE's, PMs, managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into efficient, reliable automation workflows.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience with SQL
- Understanding of key concepts such as data extraction, ETL processes, data warehousing, and relational databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adaptability and comfort with ambiguous situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Customer Service Representative – Entry Level
Location: Heredia, Costa Rica
Job Type: Full-time, on site position.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate should have an intermediate to advanced level of English and be comfortable handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate information.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow company guidelines and policies to provide excellent service.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- English level: Intermediate to Advanced (spoken and written).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
