Amazon International eCommerce Specialist
Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Amazon International eCommerce Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Executing brand-level and product-level eCommerce consumer experience for a key eCommerce retailer across geographies. Taking USAC-based learnings and executing these in other Areas with Amazon (EMEA, Asia, and Latam).
- Optimizing product presence (new item setup, item maintenance, rich content/video development input, content health assessment, SEO), merchandising and demand generation (first-in-search optimization, price promotions, ratings & reviews), digital shelf, search and sales analysis (consumer behavior, search trends, promotional sales forecasting and post reporting).
- Works closely with Amazon Global Key Account VP, as well as the local Key Account Management, Business Analyst(s), and CBG Area Marketing Center resources supporting Amazon and marketing teams to develop online business direction, facilitate account growth and maintain alignment across teams.
- Work closely with USAC eCommerce Manager and USAC eCom Specialist team to improve product presence by identifying tech solutions, implementing change and leading new ways to solve opportunities like; performing catalog scrubs, trouble shoot order fulfillment issues, pricing or Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) issues, and monitor invalid variations by reporting violations through retailer portal.
- Lead program-based activities of broad scope on product information operations, digital asset management, and ecommerce operations. Inclusive of perfecting eCom operational flywheel; availability, ideal assortment, conversion driving content creation & workstreams and demand generation.
- Identify, analyze and execute eCommerce demand generation programs (on time, on budget and meeting accounts expectations).
- Define new process for 3M to manage eCommerce execution centrally, globally. Documenting work to show how we can scale with a key account, globally, remotely.
- Drive consumer centricity online through proactive identification of A/B testing to accomplish our eCom Strat plan to include sharing, and codeveloping with emerging Amazon markets.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Four (4) combined years of eCommerce, digital marketing and/or merchandising experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Preferred two year minimum of eCommerce merchandising and operational experience
- Experience with eCommerce analytics
- Experience in training, A/B testing
- Experience in Project Leadership
- Account management, sales planning and business development experience desired
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Travel: May include up to 10% international travel

Important Client of People Working Corp, dedicated to providing education and certification programs, seeks a person to perform functions such as **IT **Customer Service Specialist.**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in Management or IT related fields is preferred.
- ** Advanced English Language C1**:
- Work from Office 100% - San Jose
- 1 to 3 years of relevant proven professional experience IT Customer service support.
- Experience working with customers and colleagues located in different time zones.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries while building a relationship with the customer
- Strictly monitor the Ticketing System by following active procedures in place.
- Collaborate with the other CSSs (Customer Service Specialist) and the rest of staff to provide the best response/solution possible to the customers.
- Assist customers in understanding how our digital system works and gain the most value out of our services.
- Provide high quality service to improve the overall Net Promoter Score.
- Handle every support case with the utmost level of professionalism and empathy.
- Rotate shifts with the other CSSs and work during public holidays.
- Complete other administrative tasks related to online examination.
- Keep up with the latest digital system, and process changes to provide adequate and accurate guidance to the customers.
- Keep the colleagues and top management informed for any potential pattern of issues raised by customers.
- Develop written policies, procedures, forms, and monitor overall customer service strategies.
- Draft support scripts, FAQs, manuals (both textual and video formats), and contribute in updating and expanding knowledge base available through the Help Center.
