What This Job Involves
You will be supporting our clients and the JLL team on data analysis, visualization and implementation of new data or digital solutions that will further advance the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the team. This will include the proper identification of business requirements, problem discovery and supporting the promotion of data culture and curriculum within the on-account team. You will also support your manager in other relevant administrative duties.
You will be coordinating with the stakeholders for client report/ dashboard creation and use an approved data transformation tool to assist in data collection, preparation, cleansing, and transformation of client data into an approved data visualization tool for dashboard development.
**Detailed responsibilities**:
**1. Data Collection**: Gather and collate data from various sources. This could include operational data, financial data, and performance metrics related to our facilities.
**2. Data Analysis**: Analyze the collected data using statistical tools and techniques. This involves identifying patterns, trends, and insights that can help improve our operations.
**3. Reporting**: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing the results of their analysis. These reports will be shared with the facilities management team and other stakeholders to inform decision-making processes.
**4. Data Management**: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data over time. This involves managing databases, ensuring data integrity, and creating systems for data entry and maintenance.
**5. Collaboration**: Work closely with the facilities management team to understand their data needs and provide them with appropriate insights.
**6. Problem-Solving**: Use data insights to solve complex problems, optimize processes, and improve the efficiency of our facilities.
**7. Strategic Planning**: Contribute to strategic planning by using data-driven insights to recommend improvements and predict future trends.
**8. BI skills**: supporting Tableau and Power BI dashboard maintenance, creation, etc.

**Qualifications**:
Relevant educational background in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a similar degree/certification with a data/analysis focus.
2+ years of experience in data and digital delivery-oriented roles.
**Experience in one or more of the following**: Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
Advanced English level.

Master data is a critical asset with high impact upon business performance and decision-making. This operational role is essential in providing data governance to ensure that high quality master data is achieved and maintained.
This role is part of a wider Master Data Services team with scope that extends across LAO, EMEA and North America. Current domain scope includes master data domains of: Products, Customers, Vendors, Materials and Finance.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Perform the creation and maintenance of master data records in a timely manner and in accordance with procedures, quality standards and rules.
- Administer master data workflow tools, processes and the execution of mass updates.
- Support controls and regular checks to ensure compliance with internal control, standards and rules.
- Perform SOX Controls to other domains within Master Data.
- Positively influence the business by leading training to internal customers, continuos improvements projects or leveraging data, analytics and actionable insights to deliver quantifiable results.
- Propose and lead projects through the proactive identification of process gaps and interpretation of business rules and policies.
- Investigate the root cause behind a business process failure or reoccurring data errors which may be due to data entry errors, current process not being followed, a problem with the current process, or a system issue.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.

Point of Sales Data conditioning in Legacy system to provide PowerBI reports and dashboards to the business channel team. In a monthly basis receive distributor´s data, process it using Excel tools for conditioning and cleansing, load information in AS400 and visualize reports in PowerBI meeting defined SLAs and business requirements. Ensure reports & dashboard’s data is accurate and meet policy standards.
**Responsibilities**:
**Receive, validate and store original distributor’s files**
- Monthly follow up on files reception and tracking
- Receive and ensure the sent data is correct and complies requirements
- Track weekly KPIs: files received on time, processing cycle, sell out
- Store original files in server
2. **Data Conditioning**:
- Validate number of POS received files and ensure the data is consistent based on previous months
- Data cleansing: end customers and products
- Data enrichments
- Prices assignment
- POS Calculation: validate and calculate quantities and amounts sent by distributors
- Ensure KPIs and validations between 3M and distributor’s data match
Reporting
- Data load to AS400
- Update distributor’s reports
- Consolidate BG dashboards for business usage

Department Overview
The Point of Sales Team is part of Marketing Operations.
The person hired for the position of Point of Sale (POS) Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for analyzing point of sale (POS) data from 3M Channel partners to ensure accuracy, quality and usability by the key stakeholders
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Analyze data conditioning resolutions to identify cause of errors and work closely with Data Conditioning team to implement action plans to resolve.
- Compare data on 3M internal dashboards with conditioned data received from POS vendor to identify discrepancies
- Analyze reports on the online portal of the POS vendor to provide insights to POS Lead and data conditioning team on problem resolution
- Compare total POS business reported by channel partners to direct sales from 3M to the channel partner. Analyze differences to identify incomplete, insufficient, or inaccurate POS.
- Monitor/review the key POS metrics by Channel Partner to identify trends
- Monitor transmissions of data from 3M channel partners and notify channel partners when data is late or incomplete. Work with channel partners to resolve. Escalate delinquencies.
- Support POS Lead with channel partner onboarding tasks
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or advance student in Business, Finance, Information Technology or similar
- Three (3) years of experience in data analytics and turning raw data into actionable insights
- **Fluent in Spanish and English**:
- Need to be capable and comfortable in completing repetitive tasks in a time constrained manner
- Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise way to stakeholders
- Must be a quick learner and grasp concepts quickly and be open to developing new skills
- Project management experience is preferred but not required
- Proficient/advance skills in Excel
