Promotes product awareness, provides pre-sales technical support including phone support, system diagrams, proposals, and training in order to grow the sales of a funding vendor's product line.

**What We're Looking For**:
- 1+ Years of relevant work experience.
- Associate Degree with Technology oriented Field of Study preferred.
- Some College with Technology oriented field of study required.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to use a 10-key quickly and accurately.
- Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.
- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Description:
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented IT Systems Administrator to manage the core user operations that keep our team productive and secure. This role is essential for overseeing onboarding/offboarding, access permissions, and tool administration across multiple platforms like Zoho, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and our VOIP system. You'll also ensure that team timesheets are accurately logged and assist with IT support tickets as needed. < r>
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including creation and removal of system credentials
Assign and maintain user access and permission levels across all company tools
Handle Zoho Apps administration, especially Zoho Vault and Zoho One suite
Provide technical support using a ticketing system, resolving common software and access issues
Set up and manage VOIP systems such as Zoom Phone or 8x8
Review employee timesheets for accuracy using tools like Time Clock Wizard
Support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 email and user
