We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain & Procurement Leader with over 15 years of experience in multinational environments, including the medical technology sector. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in end-to-end supply chain management, S&OP, procurement, and cross-border leadership. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively lead regional teams and drive operational excellence across Latin America and the Caribbean.
+ Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
+ Oversee the S&OP process to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and market demand.
+ Direct procurement activities to ensure cost-effective sourcing, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
+ Manage and mentor high-performing regional teams across multiple countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
+ Drive change management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and implement value-added processes.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, finance, and regulatory affairs.
+ Provide strategic input for international projects and decision-making processes.
+ Analyze market trends and regional dynamics to inform supply chain strategies and business planning.
+ Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory requirements, including those specific to the medical device industry.
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
+ 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, and operations within multinational companies.
+ Strong background in the medical technology or healthcare sector.
+ Demonstrated success in leading regional teams and managing complex international projects.
+ Expertise in S&OP, procurement strategy, and supply chain optimization.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
+ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with ERP systems (e. . , SAP, Oracle).
+ Certification in supply chain or procurement (e. . , APICS, CSCP, CPSM).
+ Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

- Partner with Learning Program Designers and Operations Managers to implement online, blended, and classroom delivery of core programs.

- Ensure that global programs are delivered using highly interactive techniques that promote engagement and persistence through continuous learning. Evaluate instructors to ensure a consistently high level of facilitation.
- Support new pilots that test leading edge/emerging learning design strategies.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of practical experience in education/corporate learning roles and organizational development as well as experience with implementing big programs targeting global audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Virtual training management experience - knowledge of Learning management systems, training platforms, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent classroom facilitation skills and ability to successfully deliver programs to managers.
- Understanding of technical and soft skills instructional strategies, as well as classroom, social, MOOCs, microlearning, and virtual learning strategies. Familiarity with rapid development process techniques like Agile.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and ever-evolving start-up environment.
