As the Restaurant Operations Manager for Uber Eats you will play a key role for the business by improving the Eater and Courier experience through Restaurant initiatives. This person is going to be responsible for performing several analysis and projects that impacts our main Experience OKRs like Eater C/R, E2E and Contact Rate (non-exhaustive).
Also, this person is going to act as the operational expert regarding merchant’s asks or clarifications. Usually, these asks come from the Operations Area of the Restaurant Partner, which demand to better know our metrics or wants to talk with its operational counterpart.
This role is going to be a part of the Eats Operations Team of the Central and South American Region, but it’s going to be working closely with the Restaurants Org in order to be able to perform the initiatives designed!
**What You'll Do**:

Analyze Data -** You will ensure you are crafting, collecting, and incorporating as much data about operations as possible to monitor performance and find opportunities to improve. You, with help from colleagues, will build the analytical frameworks and operational models to enable constant improvement

Create & Optimize Process -** This is a complex role as it balances operations and commercial agreements. We need to build and constantly optimize our own processes to ensure that we are aiming for the best in class operation and economics. You’ll be working closely with the operational and commercial teams to improve both Courier, Eater and Merchants experience

Grow the business -** As a key member of the Operations team you will be constantly seeking solutions for your Region. Your processes and projects will directly contribute to the business’ growth
**What You'll Need**:
- English and Spanish professional proficiency
- 3+ years of experience in business consulting, investment banking or other hyper-growth startups is preferred
- Critical thinking and analytical rigour, as you will be dealing with data (reports, experiments, pricing models) and scaling processes
- Experience with data-based decision-making - exercising good judgement in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team.
- Strong Excel skills
- Database experience. Comfortable learning and using new software tools
- SQL knowledge is required, Python highly desirable
- Previous experiences that prove your sense of ownership, a getting-things-done approach, and the ability to go from high-level business strategy to tactical execution several times during a regular week

**The Role**
We are seeking Tech Strategy Consultants who can drive our clients' digital transformation journeys, starting from business priorities through envisioning and guiding the execution of the corresponding large-scale transformation of the IT landscape and organization, all in the context of delivering sustainable added value for the business. You work with customers, your Kyndryl peers, and business partners in an agile and collaborative fashion to ascertain and communicate the value of IT to the business, understand how to use IT to help drive business innovation, define and transform IT organizations to successfully incorporate and leverage transformation drivers such as Cloud, Agile patterns, Data and AI, Modern Operations and cross-vendor service integration and management. Candidates are IT transformation thought leaders who can establish vision and value and communicate it to business and technical audiences and stakeholders.
The Tech Strategy Consultant designs and transforms IT landscapes to help the IT organization drive successful digital transformation of the business. A holistic view across organizational models, people, processes, roles and technology and an understanding of the multiple inter-dependences across these dimensions is critical. In addition, the ability to understand business models and objectives and align IT transformation initiatives to them is vital. Additional critical skills include strategic thinking, a strong understanding of transformation program management and governance and the ability to develop strong business cases.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead or support technology strategy engagements, aligning IT capabilities with business priorities.
+ Conduct assessments of IT organizations, capabilities, processes, and systems.
+ Define future-state IT vision, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
+ Advise on topics such as IT governance, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, and innovation strategy.
+ Support business case development for technology investments and transformation initiatives.
+ Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client value.
+ Prepare executive level deliverables and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
+ Contribute to thought leadership and development of strategic consulting methodologies and tools.
+ Identify technical debt, legacy system constraints, and improvement opportunities.
+ Develop transformation strategies and roadmaps, including cloud migration, application re-platforming, and automation initiatives.
+ Support tool and platform evaluations, technology architecture design, and vendor assessments.
+ Facilitate stakeholder workshops and cross-functional interviews to align IT transformation goals with business objectives.
+ Define future-state operating models in collaboration with enterprise architects and domain experts.
+ Provide oversight or advisory on transformation execution, ensuring alignment with strategy and risk mitigation.
+ Contribute to the development of reusable consulting frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.
+ Understand and qualify the benefits of IT transformation for the business.
+ Define compelling business cases for Digital Transformation.
+ Create client-facing deliverables including roadmaps, blueprints and executive presentations
+ Use industry standard frameworks like CoBIT, IT4IT, SIAM and ITIL to build and mature IT organizational and process models.
