- Resilience and curiosity — able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
- Experience using Pipedrive CRM or similar sales software.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or call centers is a plus, but not required.
Tools You'll Use
- Pipedrive CRM
- Outbound calling & email tools
What We Offer
At ClearSource, we offer a competitive salary plus commission per qualified appointment, as well as opportunities for growth within the sales organization.
We Also Provide
- Base salary + commission (OTE aligned with entry-level BDR standards)
- Paid Time Off (PTO).
- Social guarantees and private medical coverage.
- Career growth opportunities within the sales organization.
- Supportive, team-oriented culture.
Our mission is simple: Making Lives Better—for our employees, our clients, and their customers. Our culture is built on a strong foundation of core values that shape everything we do:
- Customer First – We are obsessed with delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Personal Accountability – We do the right thing and own our actions.
- Humble Courage – We embrace feedback, seek growth, and push ourselves to improve.
- Hungry – We bring passion, energy, and drive to everything we do.
