1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

**About the role**:
As a **Senior Software Engineer,** you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
**Our Requirements**:
- Must be fluent in Python and SQL
- Must be familiar with containerization technology (Docker)
- Experience in designing and building distributed data processing.
- Experience in AWS services(Eks, Sqs/Sns etc.)
- Must have 5 plus years of experience
**Nice to have**:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science or Math background preferred.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools.
- Experience in SIEM
