**Organization & Role**:
We are looking for creative Hardware Design Engineers to join our HW Design Team in Costa Rica.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hardware technical assessments, requirements and implementation plans.
- Analog and power circuit design, simulation and specification margin analysis.
- Power and timing analysis on signal delivery.
- Circuit development including on-board power supply design, power regulation, control loops, magnetics, filters, and high speed circuits and signals.

**Basic Qualifications & Skills**:

- BSEE or equivalent with +7 years of Design Engineering or Product Development experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and analog circuit analysis.
- Skilled in circuits and system characterization, data collection and statistical analysis. Competent computer skills for data collection and processing.
