** Your Role**: The Customer Care Team Manager is responsible for managing all Teams executing tasks allocated to CCL. + Review and ensure capacities for onboarding of new tasks with goal to minimize FTEs requirements, as per KN GS guidelines.

+ Overall leadership of transformations related to KNGS CCL Teams with goal of cost efficiency for the countries (reduce overcapacity from back-office/transactional teams, Intra-transfer projects between different KN GS locations, transfer tasks to transactional model, etc.)

+ Identify and suggest new opportunities for value-creation for countries/region, with focus on scalable tasks for KNGS CCL related tasks.

+ To take ownership and ensure the implementation of the Customer Care strategy.

+ Ensure Team leads and staff responsibilities are aligned, communicated, and made transparent.

+ To ensure close cooperation regarding KNGS CCL activities with Region/Country management as well as Operational/Revenue Care Managers and teams for an optimized customer experience

+ Actively manage interfaces and information / knowledge exchange between our customers and amongst KN GS teams

+ To focus on continuous improvement of processes and controls with a goal of achieving the highest level of productivity, quality, and cost efficiency for his/her scope of responsibility

+ To seamlessly on-board new Processes in accordance to plan for his/her scope of responsibility.

+ To focus on customer satisfaction through a high level of service quality.

+ Ensure service excellence by leveraging a high level of Air Logistics knowledge and KN GS operating business model.

+ To closely cooperate with Revenue and Operational Care to gain specialized Revenue and Operational Care specific knowledge, and to receive first-hand feedback about Customer Care execution.

+ Managing and initiating technical setups and team member training requirements/needs.

+ Regular structured Customer interaction and reporting of: Performance, Quality, Challenges, improvement opportunities, and feedback on Country performance.

+ Assess and develop direct reports, identify high performers and outliers, and ensure robust succession plans are in place for the critical positions.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- + A career in International Trade or related experience.
+ At least one year of experience on freight forwarder or logistics.
+ At least one year of experience leading teams or in charge of personnel.
+ Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt Certification or similar.
+ Knowledge of KN processes, systems, operations, products, and services is a plus.
+ Project Management Experience (preferred).
+ Excellent stakeholder management skills.
+ Advanced Excel and English skills.
+ Customer service orientation.
+ Focus on performance, execution, improving efficiency and quality, optimization, problem solving.

**Position Summary**

The Coordinator, Supply Chain - Select Solutions will serve as the central point of ownership for data entry and database administration for the growing Select Solutions partnerships. In addition, the position will be responsible for recruiting and assigning Select Agents across the US and Mexico. This position will act as bridge between the Select Solutions and Centralized Order Assignment Teams.

**Responsibilities**

**_ 35% Select Agent Assignment_**
- Identify and assign Real Estate Agents based on defined assignment parameters.
- Complete detailed data entry, including new authorizations, intake forms and individual offers and responses.
- Answer Agent questions related to the assignment of new referrals.
- Support Assignment Coordinators by ensuring all tracking tools are up to date and accurate with newly authorized files.
- Maintain strong communication and support with internal team members as well as Network Partners.

**_ 35% Select Agent Recruitment _**
- Support the development and ongoing enhancement of the “Just-in-time (JIT) Agent recruitment” process to foster service quality enhancement, expanded geographic service coverage, and cost benefits.
- Partner closely with the Centralized Order Assignment (COA) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team to identify service coverage needs.
- Contact Agents across various locations across the US and Mexico to establish new service Partnerships.
- Network and build relationships with key referral partners in various global locations to support recruitment efforts.

**_ 20%: Operational Reporting_**
- Generate regular weekly/monthly/quarterly operational reports.
- Support the development of new metrics, particularly relative to Supplier Management, Select Solutions, COA and Quality.
- Build new reporting capabilities based on evolving business needs and system changes.
- Support automation of reporting by translating manual reports to Business Intelligence systems

**_ 20%: Ad-hoc responsibilities_**
- Provide coverage and support to Select Solutions Team member(s), as necessary.
- Serve as internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Agent Assignment and JIT sourcing.
- Identify opportunities to expand the network of Select Solutions Partners in current and new geographies.
- Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Scope

Huntsman Performance Products is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst (SCA) to support a fast paced, high volume product line at Huntsman. This role will focus heavily on executing a supply plan that meets customers’ forecasted demand, supporting inventory targets, and identifying areas for process improvement across the supply chain.

As the Supply Chain Analyst, your duties and responsibilities will be:

- Perform daily supply chain operations which may any of the following activities:

- Confirming material availability and shipment dates for new orders
- Managing outbound deliveries ensuring material availability and carrier assignment
- Monitoring the execution of the supply and shipment plan and providing feedback to customer service or customers as exceptions occur
- Perform and troubleshoot SAP transactions to support order management and delivery activities. The SCA will lead a cross functional operations meeting (called PAT - Process Aligned Team) to review exception reports and proactively manage orders and shipments. Ensure that assigned SAP master data is kept accurate and current.
- Responsible for On Time In Full (OTIF) metric for assigned areas of responsibility and for entering reason codes for any shipments that do not meet the criteria for a successful shipment
- Ensure that month-end close out and inventory reconciliation for plant or stocking location is completed in an accurate and timely manner and coordinate/participate in financial audits as needed.
- Execute and manage assigned inventories and make recommendations for balancing service levels and inventory costs
- Manage the supply to and deliveries from assigned stock locations.
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints for assigned areas of responsibility
- Ensure that supply location (plants and stock points) personnel are trained and follow established Huntsman work processes
- Continuous improvement activities for identifying deficiencies and implementing process improvements
- Cross-train and perform assigned backup functions for other Supply Chain personnel
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor to meet Supply Chain objectives

Required Qualifications:
**Education**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or technical degree is preferred, but any four-year degree from an accredited college is acceptable.

**Experience**:

- In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, we will consider on a case-by-case basis significant supply chain-related (procurement, order fulfillment, planning, logistics) work experience (a minimum of three years) in supply chain that includes hands on SAP experience.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP experience with Sales & Distribution (SD) module with Materials Management, Production Scheduling, Delivery Order and Shipment management responsibilities is highly desirable. Materials Requirements Planning experience is especially relevant. Familiarity or expertise in the following SAP Transaction codes a plus (MCS1, MD04, MD06, MM01/2/3, VL01A, VL01N, VT01N, ME21N, ME23N, VL06O, VL06F, VL06O).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Owns planning of a more complex supply chain link.
- Develops, optimizes, coordinates, and drives execution of supply chain planning schedules, materials, forecasts, build plan and capacity requirements, logistics and inventory optimization to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborates with research and development, marketing, and manufacturing to support standard and custom solutions from materials and supply chain perspectives.
- Regularly applies mathematics, statistics, advanced analytics, and optimization modeling to find patterns and relationships in data to help optimize inventory, material, network flow, time, and cost efficiency, and creates supply strategies.
- Develops initial product set-up/bill of materials/supply chain model designs.
- Develops data structures and standardized reports to support supply chain business strategies.
- Establishes or maintains database(s) to manage supply chain information, dashboards, and reports.
- Manages supply disruption events and provides clear communication to partners on adjusted build plan and priorities, trade-offs, and recommendations to meet customer demand.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced English
- 1+ years of experience working with ERP, procurement or sales and marketing systems (SAP, etc.)
- Willing to Work Thursday through Monday.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of knowledge of supply chain processes and systems.

**Purpose of this position**:
At Baxter, we are building a best-in-class Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization. We are implementing a transformative program which will streamline processes, enhance systems, improve forecasting accuracy, strengthen business partnerships and enhance opportunities for personal skill-building and professional growth.

This position is an extension of the local country and global Finance Team. This position interacts with the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) leadership team as well as in-country, regional, global and corporate finance, and business partners within the world. This position will support the strategic planning process, annual budgeting and forecasting processes and monthly performance reviews. In addition, this position will support high value-added business analytics as well as drive the development of senior management presentations for the Integrated Supply Chain function, including manufacturing, planning and fulfillment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required or 80% Advance
- Demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications and typically 3+years of relevant experience with financial planning and reporting.
- Fully bilingual (English / Spanish) required.
- Strong Power Point and Excel skills.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with the other cross-functional leads to support the creation of budgets, forecasts and management reports, while ensuring compliance with all quality / control requirements.
- Coordinate closely with local country business partners and finance teams to review projections, budgets and historical results
- Load budget and forecast adjustments into system for the respective countries.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the monthly reports, balance sheet reviews, forecasts, and the annual budget / strategic plan preparation
- Deliver a comprehensive monthly reporting package for management, including monthly reviews of budget vs. actual results and variances with P&L/cost center owners
- Partner with FP&A Regional, Local, and Corporate resources within commercial and manufacturing/Planning & Fulfillment organizations to understand, drive and support decision making ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate escalation / identification of issues and advise Finance leadership of potential business and / or operational risks.
- Perform strategic ad hoc reporting and financial analysis to assess business performance and facilitate decision making and business support.
- Update process flows, operating manuals, training guides, and standard operating procedures as needed.
- Support Finance leadership with process improvement, policy development, and / or strategic initiatives (e.g., business systems, processes, and / or policies.

The Supply Chain (SC) Sourcing Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participating in procurement activities such as defining the need for goods and services, negotiating price contracts and authorizing payment for goods and services in coordination with the Sector Sourcing. The Sourcing Manager is a facilitator of the overall RMO process and supports the cross-functional team in developing and executing sourcing, supplier management strategies, risk and control request management, PO creations requests, contract renewals and some complex contract negotiations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in sourcing process for the various products and services within the Central Sourcing Team Latam.
- Facilitate sourcing process and assist cross-functional team in developing and executing sourcing strategies, supplier management strategies, and contract negotiations including drafting and red-lining contracts.
- Monitor all aspects of sourcing and contract processes including strategy, negotiation and contract execution as well as assist in supplier negotiations, and financial analysis/modeling while ensuring licensing usage is aligned with license agreements.
- Respond to customer service inquiries, clarify requirements, and provide information as needed.
- Utilize Citi tools and processes to research supplier and commodity information as well as work with suppliers to measure and track performance and reporting/reconciliation requirements.
- Report and record procurement transactions including sourcing request forms, sourcing strategy, savings, contracts, and approved suppliers.
- Participate and assist in the development, management, and analysis of RFXs and/or eAuctions
- Meet reporting requirements and audit guidelines ensuring adherence to Citi processes and procedures as well as draft and check the accuracy of reports for the team in support of the senior managers.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Encourage the stakeholders within the region, fulfilling all policies at local and global levels, for the procurement process: policy Citi Expense Management Policy (CEMP) and Third-Party Management (TPM).
- Meet all audit guidelines and ensure adherence to Citi policies and procedures.
- Support team lead in work assignment, resolve escalations and any other administrative matter when required.
- Establish along with a cross-functional team the most efficient and effective procedures, templates and guides for the stakeholders and sourcing.
- Maximize the inclusion of contracts that can be renewed via purchase order and longer term contracts, minimize the number of contracts requiring signed contract documents to be extended in order to reduce administration. Always include contracts terms to protect Citi in longer term contracts:

- termination for convenience for Citi
- no automatic price increases/ price increases limited to a favorable index
- no termination for convenience for the supplier or termination convenience limited to the annual renewal date.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Portuguese (is a plus)
