The Quality Control Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality control plan as required and is responsible for the overall quality control for the project.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Specific tasks for the CQCM include but are not limited to the following:

- The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the construction sections of the project quality control plan (including the three phases of inspection) in compliance with Federal, DoD, and Navy requirements.
- The QCM is responsible for directly supervising all QC personnel, directing and approving the correction of any non-conforming or unsafe construction work performed under the contract, and after notifying the Project Manager and/or the RCO, to stop further performance of non-conforming construction work or unsafe activities.
- The QCM monitors and approves the quality of materials, plans, surveys, fabrication, as-built drawings, and other construction-related work to ensure compliance with specifications, workmanship standards, and contract requirements.

**Education/Experience**:
The minimum qualifications for the QCM are:

- College graduate with a degree in engineering or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a QC Manager in federal government projects.
- USACE EM 385-1-1 certificate.

As a Quality Control Specialist, you are an excellent communicator who is able to work closely with Producers, Design Supervisors, Production Designers, Studio Artists and Technical artists to ensure assets are successfully delivered without errors. Mitigating risks and managing QC can be challenging, but your organizational and interpersonal skills are up to the test.

**You Will**:

- Monitor production compliance to provided standards and guidelines.
- Check for copy alignment, spelling, technical specification alignment, and technical errors on any output produced.

Responsible for maintaining the Quality Control Program at the site level in support of assigned aircraft and support equipment. Inspect, remove, install, repair, replace, modify, disassemble, reassemble, and calibrate complex aircraft mechanical and electro-mechanical systems in accordance with maintenance manuals, test procedures and other military publications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform the receiving, in-process, final quality, flight safety inspections and functional operational tests during organizational, intermediate and depot level maintenance, modification and repair of military tactical aircraft systems or associated components.
- Accept or reject work accomplished to ensure compliance with customer specifications, standards, and technical data.

EDUCATION

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Required:

- Minimum six (6) years of experience, of which four (4) must be specialized in supporting an aviation/aerospace program.
