**Essential Job Responsibilities**:
- AWS Management: Take a leadership role in managing and optimizing our AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Cloud Operations (Cloud Ops): Oversee day-to-day cloud operations, including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting, to guarantee the availability and performance of cloud services.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven expertise in cloud operations, resource optimization, and security management.

In this position, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Define verification strategy for high performance and low power DDR I/O controller and highly configurable IO Sub-system. DDR technologies spans from DDR4, DDR5, LPDDR4 and LPDDR5.

**Qualifications** Education Requirement**

- Experience in using verification tools (e.g., VCS, DVE, Verdi, ModelSim, etc.)
- DDR4 or DDR5 architecture and pre-silicon DDR debug/IO PHY training.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in JEDEC specification, DDR architecture LP 4/5, BFMs/VIPs.

**What you will do**
The Mid-Level IT Security Engineer will be responsible for the implementation, support and management of the IAM systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in identity management solutions, access control policies, ability to respond and resolve issues within Service Level Agreements (SLA) and a deep understanding of IT security standard methodologies. This role is important in ensuring that the right individuals have access to the right resources at the right times and for the right reasons.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.

+ Solid experience with implementing and maintaining IGA systems like Sailpoint (IIQ and/or ISC).

- Version controlling using Git and CI/CD implementation (preferably with GitHub).

What You'll Do
BCG’s Content Collaboration team is seeking a knowledgeable and talented Global IT Configuration Engineer Manager to provide technical expertise & excellent support of our collaboration tools. Focus will be on driving the implementation and ongoing improvements of our SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments.
In partnership with SharePoint administrators your duties will include:
* Support existing operations for SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online farms
* Design, administer, and configure SharePoint Online and OneDrive for secure rollout and operations
* Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and connectors across collaboration platforms
* Build and support automation workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps
* Apply Microsoft Purview for data governance, compliance, and information protection
* Implement secure collaboration practices with strong understanding of information security principles
* Ensure application and service performance for systems interacting with SharePoint Online and OneDrive
* Anticipate industry direction and evolving customer needs to address the introduction of emerging technologies into technology solution design

What You'll Bring
* Deep understanding of Microsoft M365 solution stack and enterprise application integration
* Must have real-world experience delivering MS SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft M365 solution stack within a large complex enterprise environment
* Minimum 10+ years as a SharePoint Administrator
* Subject matter expert of SharePoint Online and OneDrive in conjunction with Windows Server, VMware, SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, Networking, SAN, etc. to effectively interact with the respective technical owners and experts
* Strong experience in scripting and automation using Python and PowerShell
* Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps development
* Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and security controls for compliance and data governance
* Solid understanding of APIs and system connectors to enable integration with external and internal applications
* Proven ability to monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot application performance in environments interacting with SharePoint Online and OneDrive
* Experience with Generative AI integration in SharePoint, including tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, is a plus

BCG’s Productivity & Collaboration Platforms team is seeking a Global IT Configuration Engineer Manager – M365 & Google Workspace Platform Enablement to manage and enhance collaboration services across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. This role is critical to ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable user experiences across both ecosystems. You will serve as a key operator and problem solver, supporting everything from provisioning and policy enforcement to automation and migration execution.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise, a mindset for continuous improvement, and the ability to support service delivery and platform governance in a dynamic, global environment.
In partnership with other platform SMEs, your duties will include:
* Supporting day-to-day administration of Google Workspace (e.g., Chrome, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Gemini) and Microsoft 365 (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) environments.
* Executing user provisioning, deactivation, license assignment, and group management across both platforms.
* Enforcing secure and compliant configurations by implementing access controls, sharing restrictions, and policy updates in line with internal standards.
* Developing or improving automation for routine tasks and reporting using tools like PowerShell, Apps Script, or other tools.
* Supporting configuration efforts such as OU restructuring, retention settings, and service rollout readiness.
* Monitoring service performance, coordinating escalations with identity/security teams, and supporting root cause analysis of incidents.
* Documenting platform procedures, knowledge base articles, and support records to promote operational consistency.
* Collaborating with platform SMEs, InfoSec, and Service Management teams on delivery.
* Participating in internal QA and testing for new platform features or releases.

* Proficiency with user lifecycle management, access controls, and service configurations in Google Admin Console and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
* Solid understanding of collaboration tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Google Meet, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
* Experience with troubleshooting complex platform issues, coordinating with identity, security, or networking teams as needed.
* Exposure to scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Google Apps Script) for administrative tasks, reporting, or automation is a plus.
