The User Experience Lead's role strategically guides the team in one account or a group of small bills to meet the client’s business goals and customer expectations by providing an exceptional user experience in UX projects. **In this role you will**:
- Perform the following responsibilities with strong oversight of the lead
- Work collaboratively with industry experts and the development team to achieve the business goals
- Carrie out complex research and test user experience and user behavior to determine their needs, feelings, desires and pain points with a senior or lead’s direction and oversight. Some of the tasks and deliverables include (but are not limited to): user testing, A/B testing, shadowing, interviews, data analysis, measure product performance, psychographics analysis, observational research, heuristic analysis, card sorting and empathy map
- Structure user research insights using design-thinking exercises with a senior or lead’s direction and Some of the tasks and deliverables include (but are not limited to): personas, user journey, and storyboards
- Propose strategies with a senior or lead’s direction and oversight to achieve business Some of the tasks and deliverables include (but are not limited to): UX strategy, KPI setup, user stories, content audit, content strategy and time estimates
- Design under supervision complex and innovative information structure hierarchy based on UX Some of the tasks and deliverables include (but are not limited to): sitemap and user flows
- Sketch out and come up with complex variety solutions with a senior or lead’s direction and The UX Designer can design variety solutions for a given problem and enhance these solutions over time with nimble learning and experience. Some of the tasks and deliverables include (but are not limited to): mood boards, sketching, wireframing, basics of visual design, prototyping, basics of style guide design
- Prepare handoff for the development Some of the tasks and deliverables include (but are not limited to): design comps, design assets, redlines and UX documentation
- Help build team culture with drive, collaboration, transparency and inspiring spirit
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, systems, tools, technologies and platforms, while fostering excellence
**What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,**
**You have**:
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversational).
- 2+ years of experience in UX agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups
- Experience on UX/UI projects for international clients and global
- Understanding of visual design
- Basic understanding of interactivity, animation principles and best practices
- A UX designer must be current with the latest design and prototyping tools used in their area. These tools include (but are not limited to): Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Abstract, Principle and Zeplin.
- Understanding of digital marketing, online advertising and business strategy concepts
- Proven experience with the main responsibilities of a UX designer mentioned above
**It’s a plus if you have**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising Design or related field OR equivalent experience in UX and/or digital agencies or start-ups

Response and Resolution
- Reviews complex issues (e.g., multiple components of a product) and contacts customers to understand issue. Ensures customers stay informed as to the status/solution of their issue. Utilizes troubleshooting tools (e.g., event logs, performance traces) to help resolve customer issues.
- Resolves customer issues through problem solving, collaboration, and research. May take escalated issues as needed. Documents technical work and research.
- Performs in-depth product troubleshooting and remediation when needed.
- Collaborates on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve moderately complex customer issues.
Readiness
- Assists in the implementation of end-to-end readiness programs (e.g., mentoring, knowledge sharing or technical document creation, brown bag sessions, blogs, quality assurance checks). Develops readiness content. Mentors new Technical Support Engineers. Develops intermediate level competence on support topics.
Product/Process Improvement
- Provides feedback to more senior engineers or serviceability team on functionality of products based on engagements with customers. Provides feedback to the product group for product improvement.
- Identifies potential defects and escalates to more senior engineers to resolve.
- Applies broad knowledge of automated tools being used across other technologies and products. Provides feedback for tool improvement.
- Identifies and provides feedback to address process gaps in an effort to streamline processes and shares best practices broadly.
- Participates in case triage meetings and/or case discussions to share knowledge with other engineers and contribute to more rapid customer solutions. Utilizes learnings from triage meetings to identify and communicate readiness needs to manager or readiness team.

- 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.

Language Qualification
