**Summary**:
**Reports to**: Director of Product Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Act as the representative for all departments on the marketing team including Customer Retention, Customer Acquisition, PAR (Partners Affiliates and Resellers) and Product Marketing.
- Manage the transition of customer account operations and billing from an acquired company to 360training
- Identifying all existing marketing-related accounts and services and ensuring they are correctly transferred to the appropriate contact.
- Owning the project management of the Merger and Acquisition process on behalf of Marketing including the appropriate implementation of JIRA and Asana boards.
- Taking ownership of the timely migration of all website properties, which includes seeking strategic guidance and approval from all principal stakeholders. Additionally, ensuring that the needs of key stakeholders are met concerning customer acquisition and service. Coordinating with IT on dependencies and timelines related to mergers.
- In charge of effectively tracking all SEO information and website domains to guarantee the smooth transfer and management of assets as required.
- Identifying and quantifying all acquired audiences, understanding their needs, pain points, and system requirements are essential steps to stabilize the business in both the short and long term.
- Documenting products and audiences for the acquired company along with potential challenges in meeting the needs of the consumers.
- Coordinating with Analytics to address tracking requirements and analyze pre and post-merger data to ensure that operations are on track.
- Creating the initial catalog and ensuring its seamless integration with all internal systems.
- Overseeing the migration of the product catalog, which involves identifying discontinued items, incorporating new products into marketing strategies, and determining the properties across which all new products will be marketed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cross-functional project management, product management, product marketing or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills (PMP Preferred), with a solid understanding of the intersections between waterfall and agile management philosophies.
- Strong experience with JIRA Cloud and ASANA for project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in executive-level presentation and reporting.
- Ability to effectively prioritize deliverables and make informed decisions considering timelines and limited resources.
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce sales and marketing funnels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic lookup and pivot table functions.

**JOB SUMMARY** :
The **Global Digital Marketing Specialist, Global Marketing** to drive our global digital marketing strategy and enhance brand awareness through social media, paid media, SEO, and analytics initiatives. In this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for defining and executing a holistic digital marketing approach to amplify brand visibility and drive engagement.
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Develop and execute targeted brand awareness campaigns utilizing paid and social media.
+ Partner with marketing managers, creative services, and agencies/vendors to develop and execute compelling content and creative assets focus on Social Media.
+ Supervises social media management, global content creation and deployment calendar.
+ Manage and ensure content through the legal and regulatory processes.
+ Support the MarTech environment to ensure efficient and effective deployment of global and regional marketing programs.
+ Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop data-driven marketing strategies to address them.
+ Support and implement best practices in SEO and drive the digitization of the customer journey to improve the online user experience and increase brand awareness.
+ Monitor and analyze social media metrics, and engagement data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
+ Track and report on digital marketing performance, including brand reach, engagement, and online presence, and communicate results to key stakeholders.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Marketing related disciplines required; MBA is a plus.
+ 3-5 years digital marketing experience with demonstrated track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, principally social media marketing.
+ Experience with Google Analytics or Google AdWords.
+ Experience with Paid social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok).
+ Experience with HubSpot marketing automation or similar tools.

**About the role**
