Job Description

  • The Senior GTM Product Marketing Manager for Higher Education is a critical member of the EDU Institutions team. This global role is at the center of success of the team delivering growth by driving student opportunity for Client's Creative products in Higher Education through the expansion of our Creative Campus Program.
  • You will demonstrate a deep knowledge of B2B marketing practices and play a key role in managing the go-to-market strategy for the Creative Campus program. In this role, your ability to collaborate across internal teams to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives will be essential. You will focus on driving GTM planning and execution - including messaging, positioning, pricing strategy, and regional enablement - while supporting the broader program rollout led by other teams. Your contributions will help scale the program through WW faculty training and student community initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.
  • We are looking for a Senior GTM PMM for Higher Education, who will drive the strategy, pricing programs and execution that delivers growth and sales success. You will own the metrics for the Creative Campus program and performance management, proactively engaging the wider team to resolve challenges as well as to accelerate and build on success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM strategy and execution for the Creative Campus Program, focusing on tracking, website updates, customer stories creation and pricing line-up operations to help drive awareness and adoption of the program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Pricing, and Product) to align GTM plans.
  • Translate messaging into compelling content to drive engagement and adoption across the Higher Education segment.
  • Analyze business performance in partnership with Analytics teams to uncover trends and generate actionable insights that inform GTM strategy and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional and country leaders to localize GTM strategies, ensuring successful implementation and resonance in diverse markets.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Customer-first orientation, with experience working on B2B/SAAS products or services

5+ years GTM or Product Marketing experience
- Genuine desire to have your impact measured in real-world metrics that correlate to near term and longer-term sales success
- Successful in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities

As the Senior Trade Marketing Manager, you will create and develop strategies along with ANI's Product Managers, Country Managers, and local and affiliate Marketing Team that comply with the established guidelines for consumer communication, with the purpose of being implemented by the region's trade team at the point of sales (POS) or selected channel in a profitable form and in the established time, using the assigned resources to achieve the established objectives.

Lead and manage ANI's promotional and sales activities to achieve the planned objectives for the sales division, market participation and profitability. Give the best possible service to supermarkets, distributors, pharmacies under the charge through a trained and committed team. Fulfill the division sales goals through the development and execution of commercial plans destined to the growth of the key accounts and/or consumer clients in the region.

Lead and develop a Trade Marketing POS Model to maintain centralized control and empower local operations by providing local flexibility, while assuring standardized metric for measuring sales performance and growing sales in targeted regions and outlets.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the creation of sales and merchandising capabilities to solidify and expand the company's position within distributors.
  • Ground the Abbott business model to consolidate a unified vision for strategic projects.
  • Lead Customer & Category planning activation by defining the right assortment and elaborating the Picture of Success.
  • Reach the financial objectives of the brands through participation in the consumer channel.

Required Qualifications

What you will do

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and best practices (Wrike experience preferred).
  • Experience with DAM systems such as Brandfolder is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology is advantageous.
