The Marketing Deployment Manager for Central America South is responsible for preparing a multicategory cycle grid and managing teams, the role expands into more strategic and operational territory within the markets of Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama & Dominican Republic, being always aware of other LANCAR market strategies, to further understanding of the cluster needs as a whole.

Role Purpose

What This Job Involves

  • Partner with senior sector leadership and audience marketing leads to prioritise, strategise, plan and execute high-performing marketing programs that differentiate JLL and support the sectors unique objectives
  • Partner with the audience marketing leads to create and maintain a cohesive suite of baseline collateral and templates that tell ONE JLL story and map sector content to firm messaging.
  • Develop campaign strategies to target and nurture prospective clients, in line with sector objectives and in partnership with the business line marketing leads
  • Develop campaign strategies that activate, protect and differentiate the JLL brand
  • Identifying notable sector content for elevation in our audience campaigns

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and execution
  • Create clear, concise documentation for initiative performance and status reporting
  • Support the development and optimization of marketing materials and communications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with marketing campaign execution and measurement
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with grocery retail or food categories
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and content management systems
  • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
