The SDA is responsible for identifying, validating, creating, and qualifying new opportunities in assigned accounts, territories, or buying centers for the inside and field sellers to pursue. Summary
In summary, as the Sales Support Associate, you will:
- Assisting the ADMAT Commercial Organization with customer notifications and communications, and maintaining records in a centralized location
- Providing phone coverage for incoming external inquiries and directing them to the appropriate ADMAT associate
- Entering pricing records into the pricing database as directed by Sales Representatives on a daily basis, including year-end mass changes
- Managing EH&S inquiries from internal and external customers by logging them into designated database and following through to completion
- Fulfilling SDS (Safety Data Sheet) and TDS (Technical Data Sheet) requests
- Setting up new customers: liaising directly with customers to collect required documentation, creating customer records in master data, coordinating setup internally, and tracking progress via SharePoint

- Capturing leads and inquiries received via phone or email in the C4C platform and assigning them to the appropriate Sales or Technical Representative

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

The Associate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing inbound and outbound communication channels, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial outreach to conversion. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads, maintain accurate records, and ensure a consistent, customer-focused approach that drives business growth and client satisfaction.
What You Have
- 3+ years of relevant customer-facing experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the tech or advertising sector.
- Be fluent both in Spanish and English (C1, advance level)
- Experience in a new business development or customer acquisition environment.
- Proven ability to identify high-potential opportunities and grow customer relationships over time.
- Marketing knowledge gained through professional or educational experience.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Creative thinking and adaptability in tailoring messages for different audiences.
- Ambition, confidence, and a proactive, goal-driven mindset.
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and virtual communication platforms like Zoom.

What You Will Do
- Apply a customer-first approach to understand client needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communication through phone, email, video, and social media outreach.
- Identify relevant points of contact and develop outreach strategies using sales tools and research methods.
- Prioritize workload and ensure sales targets are consistently met.
- Maintain adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and mandatory sales cadences.
- Actively manage the sales pipeline, tracking all prospects and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Gather and analyze customer insights to optimize the sales process.
- Review performance metrics regularly to meet and exceed goals.
- Communicate key updates and customer successes with management concisely.
- Collaborate with peers to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
