This position is responsible to provides quality support for the production process, provides support to Quality Engineering during nonconformance processes and other process or daily activities. This position is responsible to bring support manufacturing lines following costumer service techniques.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support manufacturing lines, with clarification of documental doubts and correction of documentation errors.
- Monitoring documentation the errors metric of the production line.
- Coordinates with Quality Engineer to prepare and handle the material in and out of the designated quarantine area.
- Reviews compliance of quality and manufacturing documentation such as batch records.
- Identifies and segregates nonconforming material from the production line according to governing documents.
- Provides support in the process related to nonconformance actions (corrective, preventive or corrections) rework or Short activities.
- Provides support in the process related Build as Risk (BAR's)
- Provides support in the investigation process related to Manufacturing Analysis (MA) as training evidence, material expiration.
- Assists to sets up and in the training for the new or transferred Quality Technicians
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Student of Engineering (at least 30% of degree completion) or Technical Degree (at least 50% of diploma completion), Engineering, quality or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of equivalent experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical quality control
- Basic use of MS Office software.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems/engineering, required.

- Perform AS9102 or equivalent FAIRs for customers
- Ensure all quality standards for products are met prior to shipment to customer

**Key Responsibilities**:
Specific tasks for the CQCM include but are not limited to the following:
- The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the construction sections of the project quality control plan (including the three phases of inspection) in compliance with Federal, DoD, and Navy requirements.

- Perform the receiving, in-process, final quality, flight safety inspections and functional operational tests during organizational, intermediate and depot level maintenance, modification and repair of military tactical aircraft systems or associated components.

**Qualifications**
EDUCATION
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.
Preferred:
- A.A./A.S or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- FAA Inspection Authorization.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Minimum six (6) years of experience, of which four (4) must be specialized in supporting an aviation/aerospace program.
- Minimum two (2) years of leadership/supervisory experience.
- Prior Quality Control experience.
- Host nation language proficiency per contract requirement. LATAM countries: Spanish Level 2 in both Listening and Reading (L2/R2).
- Must pass and/or obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) or LN Embassy Check / RSO as required for the position, prior to hire.
- This role requires the employee to be fully vaccinated against COVID.
Preferred:
- Previous Quality Control experience on rotary aircraft.
