We are looking for someone who would monitor and evaluate a program containing different projects in coordinated execution, maintain program documentation and develop presentations for communication to stakeholders including senior leadership within the company.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Execute organized and structured planning, monitoring deliverables, problem resolution, status reporting, and detailed risk management.
- Ensure multiple and simultaneous projects are on track and escalate issues to the right stakeholders when they are impacting or risking the health of the program and therefore the achievement of the initiative.
- Responsible for managing and supporting the proper prioritization of the requests that comes into the Network Portfolio within Jira tool and standardization of the process and materials used to monitor, control and report status over the progress of the requests is in place.
- Manage the day-to-day performance across the active stakeholders and the departments and processes represented in any program assigned to you as well as in the portfolio being managed.
- Define and implement activities to provide visibility of the Portfolio, its performance, the impact of what’s in queue and the reports and data required to make decisions for prioritization of effort and capacity within the Value Management office.

**Role Requirements**
- Major degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or similar career fields.
- Project Management Certification, Agile or related training.
- +7 years’ experience working in project and/or program management and a clear understanding of the lean framework.
- +3 years of experience in project portfolio management and be proficient in Jira and Confluence tools for managing queues, dashboards, interactions between queues and reporting of workload.
- Fluent in English and proficient with project tools.
- Multicultural experience is important to succeed and be able to connect with geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills to improve productivity.

The Wholesale Lending Data Use Case Execution Lead will be responsible for driving multiple significant projects within the Wholesale Lending Data team. These projects support the use case execution activities with the focus on loans portfolio that fully supports, satisfies, and anticipates the data quality and reporting needs of the business and regulators.
S/He will develop and manage medium to long term plans and execute functional strategies for complex front to back solutions requiring coordination across multiple functions and integration between systems in a sustainable, controlled manner. S/He will conduct data analysis, produce recommendations and provide input into strategic decisions affecting the various functions within a region or business. S/He will establish and maintain road maps / project plans and then drive deliverable execution by collaborating with multiple stakeholders across business and technology.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage large, transformative initiatives that impact multiple LOBs and/or products.
+ Define key outcomes for the project and ensure clear communication and agreement with relevant stakeholders
+ Communicate closely with business and technology partners to granularly define requirements and create systemic and/or manual processes to define solutions to satisfy said requirements
+ Lead the project end to end, driving solutions with evidence through the performance of data analysis activities utilizing Excel, SQL and/or Python.
+ Define and own the resolution of issues by developing cross-functional solutions utilizing a strategy the candidate defined.
+ Ensure continuous measurement and communication of progress throughout project execution.
+ Record meeting summaries and follow-up actions for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
+ Closely monitor project progress, ensure proper engagement and timely completion.
+ Identify potential risks and issues and establish corresponding mitigation plans. Execute mitigation plans to achieve path to green and ensure prompt escalation where needed.
+ Own project management activities & generation of project reporting, including Enterprise PM tool (PTS-W) documentation
+ Generate presentations for senior stakeholders on project/program status
+ Utilize already-established baseline understanding of financial instruments to build on the knowledge necessary to complete the project at hand
+ Provide functional support to drive continuous process improvement across the Loans area.
**Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of experience
+ Experience working with financial data and baseline understanding of financial instruments, especially those related to loans.
+ An understanding of credit risk management, financial & regulatory reporting.
+ Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
+ Foundational knowledge of SQL/Python a plus
**Education:**
+ Bachelors/University degree, Master's degree preferred

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead cross-functional teams to deliver ITAM and SAM process transformation across business, IT, operations, and compliance functions.
+ Develop and execute detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), timelines, and resource allocations aligned to enterprise transformation objectives.
+ Manage end-to-end implementation of asset lifecycle workflows, including:
+ Asset discovery and inventory processes
+ Asset intake, onboarding, and procurement workflows
+ License entitlement management and optimization
+ Software request and fulfillment workflows
+ Contract and vendor management integrations
+ Compliance monitoring, audit, and reporting automation
+ Collaborate with Process Owners, SAM Architects, ITSM Owners, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to align process definitions, data models, and operational policies.
+ Oversee tooling design, configuration, and deployment (e.g., ServiceNow SAM Pro, HAM, Flexera, Snow, or other ITAM/SAM solutions).
+ Establish governance frameworks, RACI models, performance metrics, and continuous improvement cadences.
+ Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure transparent reporting to executive leadership.
