This internally facing role provides preliminary data analysis in the form component analytical work which support ratings, research, analytical outreach and presentations, under the mentorship of the Team Manager. - Perform certain routine administrative and other ad hoc credit-related tasks as advised by D&A Manager.
- Provide support and be a resource to other Associates as a backup, under overall supervision of D&A Manager.
- Minimum undergraduate/ first level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualifications) in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
- Preferably some proven experience, particularly in non-financial corporate companies.
- Proven Accounting background, with strong focus in financial analysis (e.g., through coursework, or relevant work experience).
- Intermediate skill level with MS Excel and knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Proven verbal and written communication.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics. Master’s degree desirable
- 3 - 5 years experience of program or project management
- Experience in leading large, cross functional projects
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of Program Management lifecycle, and skilled at project management tools
- Experience with Lean methodologies, leading process improvement projects
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Smartsheet experience is required
- Advanced English. (B2+)
