Reconocida empresa de Fábrica de bebidas ubicada en San Rafael de Alajuela, requiere contratar un Auxiliar Contable experimentado, que apoye en la gestión administrativa y financiera de la organización, garantizando el control adecuado de registros contables, facturación, compras e inventarios, así como la correcta coordinación de procesos asociados a proveedores, clientes y recursos internos
br>DESCRIPCIÓN DE FUNCIONES: br>(Gestión Contable y Financiera) br>Registrar operaciones contables en el sistema QuickBooks, asegurando la precisión de los datos. br>Conciliar cuentas por pagar y por cobrar, manteniendo al día los compromisos financieros. br>Preparar reportes contables básicos para control interno y auditorías. < r>Controlar pagos a proveedores y registrar compras de insumos.
(Facturación y Gestión de Clientes) < r>Emitir facturas y notas de crédito de acuerdo con la normativa vigente. br>Atender solicitudes de clientes relacionadas con cobros, pedidos y facturación. br>Dar seguimiento a la recepción de pedidos y coordinar con el área de logística las rutas de reparto. (Control de Inventarios y Compras)
Mantener actualizado el inventario de insumos y productos terminados en el sistema.
Coordinar reposiciones oportunas para garantizar la continuidad de la producción. br>Colaborar en procesos de inventarios cíclicos y conciliaciones con registros físicos y digitales. < r>(Gestión Administrativa y de RRHH) br>Brindar apoyo en gestiones administrativas relacionadas con el recurso humano
(control básico de asistencia, coordinación de requerimientos internos). < r>Colaborar en la elaboración de reportes de gastos y control administrativo general. br>Apoyar en la preparación de documentación para auditorías internas y externas.
FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA < r>Bachillerato en Educación Media (indispensable). br>Título de Auxiliar contable (indispensable). br>Deseable Estudios universitarios en Contabilidad
Experiencia en el uso de QuickBooks (Indispensable).
REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en funciones contables y administrativas. < r>Manejo básico de sistema contable QuickBooks. br>Conocimientos en principios contables básicos, gestión de clientes y proveedores. < r>Capacidad para coordinar procesos de facturación, inventarios y logística administrativa. < r>
CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECIFICOS
Dominio de QuickBooks y paquete Office (Excel, Word).
Conocimientos en inventarios, facturación y compras. br>Habilidad para gestionar pedidos y coordinar rutas de entrega.
HORARIO: Lunes a Viernes de 7:00 am a 3:00 pm (flexible).
IMPORTANTE: Únicamente se tomarán en cuenta personas cercanas a San Rafael de Alajuela o zonas circunvecinas.

The PMO Financial Analyst Lead will serve as a strategic partner to the Program Management Office (PMO), providing financial insights and modeling to support project planning, execution, and evaluation.
**What you will do**
+ Develop and maintain financial models (ROI, NPV, cost-benefit) to evaluate PMO initiatives.
+ Evaluate fully loaded FTE costs (facilities, technology, labor) and analyze financial impacts of resource allocation, utilization, and project scope changes.
+ Build, monitor, and track project budgets, providing variance analysis against forecasts.
+ Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles for PMO projects.
+ Leverage advanced Excel formulas such as **VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, and financial functions (NPV, IRR, PMT)** to perform complex calculations and scenario analyses.
+ Build automated Excel templates and tools to streamline financial reporting and project tracking.

**Job Description**:
- Lead a team of two finance professionals in Costa Rica
- Work cross functionally to understand implications of cost movements to financial performance of IT services and allocations
- Prepare in-depth analysis on drivers of cost movements and research variances across source systems
- Maintain EITS service catalogue, ensuring that this is in-line with industry best practice
- Support EITS service costing and pricing strategy and related processes
- Support EITS service billing processes, ensuring that all EITS costs are charged to internal partners in-line with service consumption and leveraging appropriate commercial principles
- Provide high-quality management information and analytics to support re-charge of technology costs to internal partners
- Support strategic and annual financial planning processes for EITS services, ensuring that robust multi-year services and re-charge budgets are prepared, syndicated, reviewed and approved by senior leadership
- Support the design and implementation of Technology Business Management (TBM) strategy for Experian and related process changes required to achieve best-in-class approach to technology spend management
- Provide support to internal partners in interrogating and understanding their monthly technology bills, including proactive identification of cost optimization opportunities
- Act as a TBM evangelist, ensuring that Experian has best-in-class approach to technology cost management and continues to drive innovation in this discipline
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related bachelor’s degree. 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance
- Advanced analytical and data analysis skills
- Experience in financial management processes such as budgeting, forecasting and cost allocations
- Strong business partnering skills with a focus on customer service and responsiveness
- Solid understanding of month end processes and reporting, GL (General Ledger), and P&L analysis/variance explanations would be a plus
- Experience in forecasting and budgeting
- Experience presenting and partnering at Senior Leader levels
- Strong Excel skills required. Experience/knowledge of financial systems and tools including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase and Smartview is required.
- Tableau and Alteryx knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong English fluency
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment
- Excellent skills in data analytics with the ability to draw concise insights from large sets of data.
- Ability to balance between detail orientation and the high-level summaries while maintaining accuracy.
- Aptitude to learn and drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment. Experience leading improvement efforts preferred.
