We are looking for a functional consultant specializing in SAP Finance & Controlling to join our team for an exciting global project. In this position you will be responsible for managing functional, process testing and rollout activities in the relevant area for various regional deployments within a global project. Requisitos:

  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office y algún sistema ATS
  • De 1 a 3 años máximo de experiencia en puestos con tareas similares
  • Pueden aplicar personas egresadas o estudiantes avanzados de último año en Recursos Humanos o carreras afines

RESPONSIBILITIES
- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Empower people leaders with the knowledge and tools to do what is right by our primos and local legislation.
  • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including workday and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources to generate insights that can help us improve our recruitment, engagement and retention.
  • Ensure understanding and compliance of HR policies and procedures in terms of conduct, mobility, compensation & benefits, internal & external recruitment, onboarding, development, training, etc.
  • Responsible for executing on boarding and off boarding experience for new primos.
  • Comply with all required steps to make sure our Primos receive their payment on time and accurately.
  • Supports the execution of training and development initiatives.
  • Assists with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
  • Supports HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets

SKILLS

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Desired degree in Business Administration, Psychology, industrial Engineering, Communication or similar
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Excel to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Additional language is a plus.
