Job Description
Translates system requirements / user stories into a robust supportable design of code for the product / application. Develops and tests the code to ensure it functions as designed. Implements the code across the software development life cycle steps preferring CI/CD tooling for deployment and integration. Deploys to production, monitors, and maintains the software to ensure proper functionality. Add new features and fixes to the software as needed. Works closely with others on product, operations teams, and other systems that the software and services in which it integrates. Plays a role in architecture design of the application where applicable/appropriate (eg designing the cloud native architecture). Continuously strives to improve the experience and performance of the codebase. Keeps up to date on the latest software practices, technologies, and vulnerabilities.For DevOps Engineer type of role:- Leads and executes CI/CD stack- Enables the use of a Modern Application Development framework (including design thinking, agile project management, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deliver (CI/CD) methods and tools) with our Software Engineers.- Continuously looks for opportunities to create more efficient DevOps processes using automation, new tools, and exploring new CI/CD platforms.- Provides engineering support for assigned tools and coordinate with other support teams, whether it is external or owned by internal product owners.
Job Qualifications
+ Bachelors or master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering or related field
+ English B2+
+ Intermediate knowledge of SAP ABAP development (and debugging), building of SAP enhancements, custom reports, data dictionary objects, component views, Function Modules.
+ Intermediate knowledge of IDOCS, RFCs, BAPIs, BADI, SAP workflow engine.
+ Intermediate knowledge of SAP FI/CO, and MM modules.
+ Basic to intermediate understanding of SAP S4/HANA (including CDS views), and SAP R3 environments.

Role Title: SAP PP/QM Analyst (Band 5)
**Location**:
How you may fit in: This role will provide the successful applicant with immersion in S/4 HANA, with opportunities to level up their expertise and soft skills, in a sophisticated and exciting business environment.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- As a key member of the SAP Core team, provide support to the business community for SAP in the PP/QM Functional Support area. This includes all new projects as well as production support across all functions within SAP.
- Provide estimates for the configuration and unit testing activities of a project when needed.
- Design and configure solutions in the production planning/quality management space of multiple SAP environments.
- Support of production planning interfaces along with assistance from technical team-members for numerous legacy and third-party systems using a variety of techniques such as LSMW, BAPI, IDOC, RFC calls, BDC, and call transaction update methods.
- Assist with program performance optimization from the functional end with assistance from technical team-members on tuning where necessary.
- Write detailed user documentation (functional specifications) of customized program functions.
- Cross-team communication and teamwork.
- Supervise and report to management on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the focus objectives of project goals and implementing corrective actions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Participate in off-hours meetings.
**Skills & Experience**
- Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of work experience.
- 3 to 6 years SAP PP/QM experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA.
- Experience in several of the following multi-functional modules: PP/QM, MM/WM, SD.
- Demonstrable ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high stress environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to communicate optimally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and domain authorities.
- Self-managing and self-motivating; able to meet customer achievements and expectations.
**Additional Skills**
- Relevant technical certificates a plus.
- Completed at least 1 full cycle implementation.
- Knowledge of NetWeaver 7.0 experience is helpful.
- Knowledge of PP/DS is beneficial.
- Knowledge of BI is beneficial.
- Utilization of Solution Manager-Charm for transport management.
- Utilization of ITSM system such as Service-Now, SolarWinds, etc.
