Job Description
Translates system requirements / user stories into a robust supportable design of code for the product / application. Develops and tests the code to ensure it functions as designed. We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Commerce Cloud Developer to join our fast-growing team at FusionHit. In this role, you'll design and implement scalable eCommerce solutions using the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform. Objetivo

Asegurar el adecuado desempeño de la plataforma de sistemas tecnológicos de las plantas de manufactura. Tanto SAP como base tecnológica, así como las demás herramientas e integraciones que se han desarrollado para soportar los procesos operativos, de costos y financieros de las plantas. Identificar, desarrollar e implementar nuevas funcionalidades que impacten positivamente la productividad en cualquier área de proceso donde SAP tiene influencia. El alcance de la posición es a todas las plantas de manufactura, así como HF& granos de Centroamérica, esto hace de esta posición un puesto crítico e indispensable.

¿Qué harás?

Identificar y desarrollar el diseño, planifica la implementación y libera mejoras en las plataformas tecnológicas de DA que impacten de manera positiva la productividad. Manteniendo la estandarización en los procesos a través de todas las plantas de manufactura en Centroamérica (módulos PP/MM/EWM/SD/QM)

Actividades:

  1. Configuración, prueba y entrenamiento a super usuarios en los módulos.
  2. Colas de reprocesamiento por errores en ejecución de la operación.
  3. Soporte a Interfaces (Smart, GTS, Kairos, Bizerba, HOST).
  4. Soporte a procesos con Hardware(HH,Tablets).

Desarrollar y mantener actualizadas las herramientas de autogestión, manuales para super usuarios Se involucra como facilitador en el entrenamiento a los SMEs de nuevas funcionalidades por implementar como parte del proceso de mejora continua.

Garantizar el soporte tipo L1 y L2 de los incidentes creados por los asociados usuarios de SAP y sistemas interconectados. Recibe, procesa y resuelve/escala los incidentes registrados a través de ServiceNow. Debe cubrir guardias 24x6 para atender incidentes que ocurran fuera de horas de oficina, fines de semana y días feriados según la planificación previa del equipo de trabajo:

  1. Generación de información para toma de decisiones.
  2. Apoyo técnico a otros mercados y/o equipo desarrollador Internacional.

Administrar el proceso de creación, modificación de datos maestros en SAP como aspecto fundamental para el correcto funcionamiento del sistema.

Procesar las solicitudes de creación de todas las plantas de manufactura en CAM. Audita periódicamente el estado de datos maestros de las plantas.

Ejecutar las cargas de información a las Bizerbas(proceso crítico de producción).

¿A quién buscamos?

Escolaridad:

Estudiante avanzado o Ingeniería Informática o Industrial con experiencia en implementaciones de SAP

Experiencia laboral:

2 a 3 años de experiencia en implementaciones y procesos de mejora continua de SAP.

Conocimientos técnicos:

Mandatory Skills Description:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related area of study

  • Understanding of financial accounting and cost accounting principles.

Job Description
We are looking for a functional consultant specializing in SAP Finance & Controlling to join our team for an exciting global project. In this position you will be responsible for managing functional, process testing and rollout activities in the relevant area for various regional deployments within a global project. You will be part of the global team, gaining visibility into the end-to-end process and acquiring process knowledge from design through to global rollout in S4/HANA.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Defining the global, regional, or local test cases, test plans, test data, and other test prerequisites for the Deployment End-to-End Tests (DET) in FICO workstream.
  • Executing the global, regional, and local tests, and documenting them according to the system-specific framework in SAP Solution Manager and the existing PMM and CSV rules.
  • Coordinating testing activities with potential external partners (e.g., 3PL), as required.
  • Handling defect management within and potentially across streams.
  • Ensuring all testing activities are performed according to the project plan/schedule.
  • Setting up proper status reporting for test execution to provide visibility of progress to the Test Management team and other stakeholders.
  • Cooperating across the RSS Regional Testing Service Hub, where different regions support each other in critical situations to ensure bottlenecks are covered and project timelines are met.
  • Collaborating with the commercial team to understand business requirements and processes, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Participating in the design phase to gain deep insights into the business processes and translating them into testing specifications.
  • Engaging in the rollout phase to ensure smooth implementation and transition, gaining comprehensive process knowledge from the initial design to final deployment.
  • Working within S4/HANA to leverage advanced features and capabilities for efficient testing and implementation.
  • Gaining comprehensive visibility into the end-to-end process, with opportunities for professional development in new areas and hands-on experience with the latest features.

Qualifications

  • SAP System end user experience (R3/S4 HANA).
  • 3-5 years related business experience skills in the FICO area.
  • Ability to analyze, design, describe & test the solutions from an E2E business process understanding.
  • Vast knowledge of process-based/cross-process IT systems (ERP and decentralized systems) and the respective applications.
  • Broad knowledge of business processes, policies and programs in the FICO functional area.
  • Strong Stakeholder management, communication and change management skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to resolve a variety of routine and complex issues and to describe the business requirements accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of FICO integration with logistics and reporting.
