Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Scrum Master
with strong expertise in Agile practices and frameworks to support high-performing teams within our fintech environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams on Scaled Agile principles, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience
    as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Proven experience working in the

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join Snap Finance. How you'll make an impact:

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required. Additional Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe SM, SASM, ) are a plus.
  • 3–4+ years working as a Scrum Master, with proven experience facilitating Agile teams—preferably across multiple teams concurrently.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar), or equivalent years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban,
