**Your role and responsibilities**
Americas Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying and recruiting the best talent into IBM. Youwill be part of a newly created scrum team working to support all business units across Americas market playing a critical role in the delivery to fill senior positions.
