We are currently looking for a Project Director, Professional Services located in San Jose, Costa Rica to join our Professional Services team. From pre Discovery through hyper care you will provide executive oversight to all of your customers in their implementation journey by mitigating risk, supporting revenue opportunities, and building close collaboration both internally and externally.
What You'll Do:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Support the development and roll out of a comprehensive professional services strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of professional services project managers and consultants Globally / Regionally.
- Participate in and support best practices, methodologies, and process development to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify, elevate and execute on cross functional engagements.
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Development / Support to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive successful project execution.

- Attract, hire, train, and retain top talent within the Professional Services organization.

About the role
The Costa Rica team is designed to support our colleagues in serving our U.S.-based private equity and consulting clients. In this role, you will collaborate with the client-facing team in New York to deliver Arbolus's world-class service.
As an Associate in the Professional Services team, you will conduct research across a wide range of topics and industries. You'll also connect directly with relevant experts, evaluating their fit for client projects. The Costa Rica team plays a crucial role in operations throughout the Americas region, and from day one, you'll gain valuable exposure to our clients and their needs, enabling them to make informed business decisions by identifying and recommending the very best Arbolus experts.
Key responsibilities you will be in charge of
- Support the team in enabling clients, including consultancies, investment firms, and corporations, to make informed business and investment decisions by connecting them with industry-leading experts.
- Develop and execute tailored research strategies for local, regional, and international assignments, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals.
- Identify, screen, and engage high-caliber executives to ensure they meet project requirements to participate in client initiatives.
- Support the onboarding of new experts to the Arbolus platform.
- Coordinate and facilitate expert consultations, workshops, and meetings to foster impactful knowledge exchange for clients.
- Manage multiple, concurrent, time-sensitive research requests.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Associates, Project Leads, and Account Managers across international teams

What You'll Do

What will you need to have?

As a Recruiting Selection Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to set the bar high, executing on various recruiting strategies to identify, screen and delivery high quality, diverse talent to meet business hiring demands. You will be the main point of contact for our candidates and hiring managers, supporting full-life-cycle hiring, and sitting amongst your peers in one of our global hub locations. Responsibilities:
• Works with Hiring Managers and Sr Client Search Leads to understand hiring needs.
• Leverages market expertise in distinct strategic skills to identify and acquire best in class talent.
• Accountable for keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately always updated.
• Develops candidate interest for available positions.
• Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parameters.
• Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate data integrity and system integrations.
• Uses Data/Insights/KPI's to inform and improve search/hiring results.
• May guide other team members to help generate candidate pipeline.
Basic Requirements:
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).
*At least 1 year of experience working on end to end hiring process and managing high volumes as a Recruiter.
* Experience recruiting for Americas markets such as: LA, US and or Canada.
* Experience using online sourcing techniques.
* Experience building relationships and consulting with Hiring Managers.
* Ability to effectively learn new processes and tools.
* Ability to work following metrics / KPIs and to analyze reports with data extracted from various ATS tools.
* Communicate with various stakeholders.
* Managing deadlines and work proactively.
* Curiosity & Growth Mindset.
* Experience working in collaboration with a team and stakeholders.

The
Talent Acquisition Partner Entry
will support primarily non-exempt roles within the United States. The Talent Acquisition Partner Entry is responsible for full life cycle recruitment and will collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent for our business.
What You Will Do
- Independently manage an ongoing load requisitions in a high volume recruitment environment
- Build and execute recruiting strategies which include job description review, candidate assessment, sourcing methodologies, proactive cold calling and candidate development, interviewer preparation and coaching, feedback collection, creation and negotiation of offers, and reference checking
- Create strong relationships in order to build a pipeline for future openings
- Communicate appropriately, proactively and consistently with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, external contacts and potential candidates to ensure a positive client and candidate experience
- Prioritize work and set appropriate expectations with hiring managers and HR partners
- Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques, and seek new methods and innovative solutions, to identify and attract prospective candidates and build talent pipeline
- Represent and differentiate Equifax to external candidates by effectively describing our business, strategy, culture and values
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiting peers to share talent, market intelligence, and best practice recruiting methodology
- Comply with all Talent Acquisition and broader Equifax policies, procedures and risk requirements
What Experience You Need
- 1-2 years' experience in recruiting non-exempt and/or exempt level candidates
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience required
- Consultative skills with a strong sense of urgency and continual drive for process improvement
- Experience in professional social networking to market roles and identify potential candidates
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System in a high volume, professional recruiting environment
- Proven track record of developing, assessing, attracting and hiring successful talent
- Strong project management and critical thinking skills
